I purchased this product to help me lose weight. It curved my appetite, so I didn't snack between meals. I like it because it is Natural and doesn't conflict with Medications. It's working.

It's great that it has a ton of different ingredients. Just something is not agreeing with my system. It took awhile to get the symptoms, roughly 3 weeks. Then the bloating and acid reflux feeling. Tums , Pepto and pepcid doesn't help. I stopped taking it.
