I like sweet!
I just received my keto creamer, made a cup of coffee and put in one scoop of creamer ( scoop included). The reviews are correct, it does not completely integrate, there are little tiny clumps- not a huge big deal. And yes, it is sweet, but caramel is sweet, like eat a caramel, it’s pretty dang sweet. I like it- cuz I like caramel. People who said they could taste the sweetener , I taste sweet, but I like Diet Coke.. soooo? It’s expensive, but I like it enough to treat myself when having coffee.I will buy it again.

Doesn’t do it for me
There’s no flavor. It doesn’t dissolve very well in coffee. I ended up with slimy lumps. May be able to hide in a smoothie. Good idea poor execution.

It fills you up for the rest of the day
Disliked having to really work to get all the lumps out, but now I have been putting the cup of coffee in the microwave for 30 seconds and that makes it smooth.

Doesn’t taste good
I didn’t care for this. It really doesn’t taste great and definitely isn’t like creamer.

Pretty good at curbing appetite
I have been mixing a teaspoon of this powder into my morning coffee from my Cuisinart filtered 12-cup drip machine (it's nothing fancy). I usually drink my coffee black and don't typically like super sweet things. The flavor profile is slightly sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet but it will leave you with a lingering aftertaste (which isn't entirely unpleasant, but does taste slightly artificial similar to diet sodas). I have not had previous experience with MCT oil and was excited to see if it would help curb my appetite and ... IT DID. I had a modest breakfast (~1 scrambled egg) and had a small soup at lunch and I was still very full by the time it came to dinner. If you are looking for something to make your coffee just a little different and to get the benefits to your diet and possibly skin, this is a great product.
