My young dog was getting too barky with deer on country setting, to the point she was getting ignored for when she really needed to go outside. Introduction to the collar within two days she was not barking and ignoring commands. She was giving quiet woop, woop for a warnings, listening to quiet command, she is more relaxed and so are we. We had set on only of vibration and sound. She is more well-behaved because she doesn’t know if she’s gonna get zapped or not with prior Discipline collar use.

I set this up according to the directions and placed it on my dog. Although my dog didn't bark as much, I noticed while standing next to my dog, the collar went off even when she wasn't barking. Once it was when she was near another dog that barked and another time it was when there was just a loud noise!! I tried adjusting the sensitivity but it didn't work. I ended up taking it off and now it's just gathering dust. I guess the good part is the battery lasts a reasonably long time and it does vibrate well, just not on cue! (Addendum: I just received an email from someone regarding this issue stating they were the seller. I was offered a refund on the collar and a possible replacement on a newer version even though the time frame for a refund or return had lapsed.). This seller was willing to work with me to resolve the issue even though the timeframe had passed. I really do appreciate their excellent customer service and willingness to resolve my issue. I would try this seller again!

I purchased two of these at once for both of my dogs. 3 1/2 weeks of wear, and they were working great. Just today, one of the bark collars has stopped responding to my dog. Seems as though it doesn't recognize a bark, but will randomly go off when she isn't barking or in motion. Frustrating because I feel as though it has confused her more than anything. Not going to make one dog wear one and one not, so now neither collars are being utilized.

Update: the company refunded me for all the broken ones. We will continue to use this brand. It’s great. As a dog trainer I recommend this one to all my clients.*Bought in April, stopped working by June.The company was generous to refund my broken one, and then ANOTHER one broke today. In both cases the screen stopped functioning. I do use them often, but this is not normal. Hoping the company makes things right again. My review will be updated if/when they do.

Adding to my initial review. It stopped working after three months!!! So ignore my initial review below. No guarantee with this made in China POS.I have a Great Pyrenees who loved to bark at every faint sound in the neighborhood- like someone slamming a car door a block away. I did not like the idea of electric shock because of a prior bad experience with an electronic fence. But this one has a vibration option with no electric shock and it really works. He starts barking at something then stops after only one or two woofs and looks at me to help him with this annoying thing that is vibrating, beeping and flashing a light. I just smile. The next time he hears that particular sound he just groans. A miracle.

I absolutely love this collar!! I wish I had found it at least a year plus ago. It would have saved us a lot of money on professional trainers to deal and try to solve the main problem with our 33-months-old German Shepherd - barking at everything and anything that moves!! Our furbaby girl, LUNA, has been wearing this collar for almost three weeks now and the difference is jaw dropping! She has stopped barking almost 100% and when she does bark -at our neighbors dogs- she gives one bark, the collar beeps and vibrates and she goes mute! This collar is a game changer!! Oh, and LUNA likes it too. Every time we take it off (whether is for the night or to recharge it), she sniffs it, nozzles us, and doesn’t stop until we put it back on. The positive change is so evident that our neighbors are ordering a collar for one of her dogs who is always barking a for hours at a time. The collar is well made, looks great, and functions as described and has exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this collar to anyone whose pup(s) has barking issues. In the photo, yesterday afternoon, I was able to sit out back with LUNA, while another one of our other neighbors sat a few feet away with her little dog. Three weeks ago that feat would have not been possible, and I would have had to restrain LUNA and take her inside.

I have a ShiTzu (smallish) dog and give this bark collar five stars for two reasons:First, the collar has three types of reminders for the dog: beep, vibrate and shock. You can set the power level and combinations that work for your dog. For our dog, the beep was completely adequate to remind our dog not to bark. We tried also the vibrate mode, but found it not necessary. Never needed to try the shock mode. Really like the functionality of the bark collar.Second, I had a minor technical difficulty with the bark collar (not applicable to other users), I dropped DinJoo an email asking about it, they instantly replied and went as far as to send me a complete new replacement unit. Thier customer service went above and beyond my request and expectations.Five stars!

This was a great collar easy to set to preferred choices of sensitivity, vibration warning and shock or no shock. I was able to set it where it wasn't so sensitive my dog couldn't make any noise but yet still stopped all barking.I've had it for about a month and a half and it's dead. It will not turn on even after attempting to charge it. The life span really makes this go from a good option to something not worth the money.
