Hoosier Hill Farm Spicy Southwest Cheese Sauce Mix, 12oz (Pack of 1)

I love dip and this is great to have! I have made this into cheese sauce for nachos and tacos. When I want a quick dip I make this. It is super easy. Just put some ( I don't measure) in a bowl add hot water stir and let sit for a few minutes to see how thick it gets. When ready to eat add water to your liking. There are directions on the can, this is just how I do it. I love that I can make just a little and don't have to worry about cheese going bad in my fridge. It is very tasty with a little kick! Definitely keeping it stocked in my cabinet.

Pretty hot for most people. I use for nachos. Easy to use and tastes good. Too damn expensive.

I buy this product specifically to use on microwave popcorn and it's perfect! Inexpensive compared to other options out there. Great cheesy Southwest flavor on my microwave popcorn.

This is definitely taco or nacho flavored so if you like that you will like this. I like the product overall because it has pretty clean ingredients. I’ll be trying the other flavors as this isn’t my go to flavor but I’ll definitely use it. Hopefully it won’t clump, I’ll be putting this in a glass container rather than keeping it in plastic. Convenient to have around. I don’t seem to need much of this to get a good amount of flavor. A bit salty would be my final thought.

VERY HOT. Lots of pepper. I did not taste cheese. Starchy taste and texture. Just not very good.

I like queso for tacos, chips and on tater tots... but I never need much. Mixed per instructions, it's too intense... Better than the usual tasteless options! I'm testing mixing with milk or cream, to find a favorite profile. Worth the effort!
