Not difficult to install. You have to connect the device to the same garage door opener terminals that your door opener button is connected to. You are just adding two wires. Download the app to your device, pair your device and you're set. Works well

Works perfect with my 1997 craftsman garage door opener
Easy to set up on both. First your phone first, then attach it to your garage door opener. Follow the instruction.. If you have a RED reset button on your garage door opener(the actual motor housing) you are good to go..

Amazon is screwed up and doesnt show all the great reviews under the old product name.No app fees, cloud, or subscription, simple app. Be sure to visit manufacturer's website bluemate.com. where most questions have been asked and answered. Should you still have any - excellent customer service, fast shipping, and product support.Manufacturer website says they do not support three button commercial garage door openers (read: Liftmaster, Overhead door MJ series). We discovered that it works perfectly with the Portalp ZAP line of commercial 3-button door openers equipped with UL325 photoeyes. Multiple doors on a 64x84 all metal building. The maximum consistent range has been 75 feet away from the building.Many, BUT not all openers are shown on the compatibility list.The GarageMax android app is simple, the AutoClick on open and password protection are both useful features. There are even limtied function "GUEST users ". Must have access to the device pair button to connect a new phone.Bluetooth Low Enegy (BLE) allows being paired to both the vehicle stereo and it still works.Occasionally, Some older Android 10 phones freeze for a few seconds and require a second tap.

Easy to use and install
Installed on a 2004 model Genie without a problem. Instructions was clear and App was easy to use.

I like these so much I bought another one
These are great garage door openers using secure Bluetooth from your phone. Everyone in the family has a remote now That's always available when they have their phone with them.

This is my second GarageMax really like the Bluetooth better than Wi-Fi I don’t have to worry about losing signal with Wi-Fi easy to hookup and program I’ll probably buy a third
