Great MInimalist shoes
I've had them for six months now and they're great daily simple shoes. good enough thickness of the sole, traction is ok, upper (Canvas) durability is good for the time been, hopefully will last and keep form, the tounge feel good with a bit thickness to it which i like. the sorrounding padding of the ankle from the sides and back are also thick for my liking ,holds the foot. sufficient heel counter, toe puff/tip has some sturdiness to it. size is one lower from my standard size according to chart and fits good, the price is reasonable. The only (minor) downside of this collection is color Aesthetics and variety to choose from which i think could be better. Overall the W882 is a good barefoot shoe with acceptable construction. i recommend it.

Fit, weight just perfect! , style, function all excellent
I take a men’s US12. Another brand I researched was unable to fit me despite a few tries. But this one is spot on and fits perfectly. Wide toe box and room to wiggle the piggies ; nice lacing snugs up the fit without distorting the shape of the shoe; comfortable removable (to wash) shoe liner; canvas upper is a rugged type of excellent quality - breathable - lightweight - reinforced in exactly the right places; this shoe is not a soft, floppy design like a slipper - instead it keeps its shape. Frankly, I’m psyched to have these healthy shoes and after the first test, in my crop field all afternoon - wood working, digging; standing most of the time, I have no complaints, just gratitude for the engineers who put this concept together. Five stars.

They’re INTENTIONALLY wide, people.
My usual shoe size: US 11.5-12 (women’s)Ordered: US 11 / EU 45 (men’s), WHITEI just got them, so I can’t comment on long term comfort or durability. But so far, they are very comfortable! I don’t have super wide feet from sole to heel, but I’ve been wanting a little more space in the toe box area for my bunions and wiggle room for my toes (apparently that’s part of why I have bunions. Who’da thunk). These fit great for what I was wanting! It blows my mind how many people gave these a low rating because of how wide they are. THAT’S LITERALLY THE WHOLE ENTIRE POINT. If you aren’t intentionally shopping for “wide toe box” shoes for a good healthy toe splay (google it), then these probably wouldn’t be a good fit for you! 🙂I personally like the look of the wider, rounded toe. I’m 6’ and have larger feet than the average woman (thanks mom), so I always think sneakers with a narrow toe makes my feet look long and funny. iiii think the width makes them look more proportional to my body and not “clown like” at all. But that’s just my opinion!I would say the canvas color is a true, clean, bright white. The laces and patch on the heel are a bit more cream…which I love!I docked one star for the outer toe area being caved in on both shoes. It was hard to capture in a picture, but they are just smashed in. I’m sure it was an issue with how tightly they were packaged together, and they’ll hopefully loosen up to their original shape with time and wear. I might stuff something in them to speed up the re-shaping process a little. It’s not a huge deal, nor is it a deal breaker…I just think a brand new pair of shoes should arrive good to go and ready to wear! 🙂All that being said, I would probably purchase them again. Even if they only last me a little while, you get what you pay for and the price was right for me! Hope this helps someone.

Another Great Pair from Whitin – Perfect for Casual Office Wear
This is the fourth pair of Whitin shoes I’ve purchased. I already own their running shoe and two pairs of minimalist trail shoes (one for daily wear and one as a house slipper), so I wanted something to wear to the office. These fit the bill perfectly for my casual office attire. On the first day I wore them, it was rainy and wet outside, and I was relieved to find that the soles provided great traction. I had considered a cheaper knockoff but read complaints about poor traction. These performed flawlessly on both the wet ground and my car pedals. One small detail I appreciate is the relatively short laces. It may sound silly, but the compact bow keeps the shoes looking neat and clean. And the comfort is top-notch—there’s a bit more padding from the insole and sole than my other minimalist shoes, but it feels just right, not too much. They definitely feel true to the zero-drop design, so if you’re new to zero-drop or minimalist shoes, I’d recommend easing into them. Whitin shoes are priced at a great point to try out minimalist footwear without breaking the bank. I’m a loyal fan now and really hope they come out with a fancy dress shoe one day!

Nice and roomy
Had these for almost a year now and they are still in great shape. The toe box is nice and roomy and they are quite comfortable. I love this brown color and feel like it goes with a lot.

Feel great. But…..
So the shoes feel great. It’s nice to have a shoe that actually fits my wide feet. However, I’ve had them for two months and the shoes are starting to get some kind of pink residue on the sides of the sole. It’s almost like it might be the glue seeping through? It’s hard to tell, but there’s definitely some kind of pink coloring on the soles now.

Awesome
For the price point I'm super impressed. I can say without hesitation these are maybe the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The inside is super comfy, the insole feels soft while still being thin and allowing you to feel the ground, and the outsole is fairly thin and flexible as you would expect out of a barefoot style shoe. Plenty of toe space. I just leave them tied and they are easy to slip on and off. They're pretty good in the rain as well, I like that the sole wraps up the sides which keeps water out if you step in a puddle. I've had them for over 6 months now and there's almost no visible signs of wear. My only minor complaint is that the gum rubber sole can squeak quite a bit on certain surfaces, like you're playing basketball lol.

A pleasant surprise
What a pleasant surprise. My feet are very wide. When I saw these sneakers online, I thought they would not be wide enough and boy I was proved wrong. They fit great and they look great on me, modestly speaking. I got them in white, I'm thinking of getting them in a different color.

excelentes
