Well... let me start off by saying I like a nice mild cleanse here and there as needed. I was really feeling the need after family was in town and we overindulged. Decided I was going to start this on a Monday knowing historically that it would take a day or 2 to really take effect. No sir. That was not what happened. At all. I was minding my own business at my desk just after lunch when it hit me. Like a bus. I had to go. RIGHT NOW. So I did. And then again. And again. And again, for 3 straight days. I don't know what kind of miracle clean up this was but it worked. Took 2 weeks to let me tummy not be mad at me and I tried it again yesterday and that was a much better experience. It did not last 3 days like before but was more of a gentle cleansing effect. My tummy must have bee initially very sensitive. If you know what you're getting into, or out of, then this will work for you!

I've tried a few different pill cleanses over the years, and this one is one of the most effective.The only drawback is that I couldn't handle the 2 pill recommended dose. I was afraid to leave the house because, although I wasn't having full-on diarrhea, it was still too urgent for me to feel confident being more than 5 minutes from the nearest bathroom.I switched to 1 pill per day, and that's the right amount for me.I've been taking this supplement for a week, and the best thing is I haven't had the usual bloated feeling I get in the afternoons and evenings. I've also lost a few pounds, although I don't know if that will last beyond this round of cleanse.

So far no allergies or reactions to these pills. The detox pills are a standard size and I only just started taking them but they seem to be working fine with my digestive system. These pills are all natural & have natural ingredients in them. Cascara sagrada contains chemicals that stimulate the bowel and have a laxative effect. The soluble fiber found in psyllium husks can help lower cholesterol. Psyllium can help relieve both constipation and diarrhea, and is used to treat irritable bowel syndrome, hemorrhoids, and other intestinal problems. Psyllium has also been used to help regulate blood sugar levels in people with diabetes. Senna is an FDA-approved nonprescription laxative. It is used to treat constipation and also to clear the bowel before diagnostic tests such as colonoscopy. Senna is also used for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), hemorrhoids, and weight loss. Flaxseed is commonly used to improve digestive health or relieve constipation. Flaxseed may also help lower total blood cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL, or "bad") cholesterol levels, which may help reduce the risk of heart disease. All ingredients can be googled and all the information I found was found to be okay to take, of course with your doctor’s approval.

For wanting to do a colon cleanse you can probably find other products much cheaper. The pill form makes it easier to take than powders, but the cost serves as a major inhibitor for replacing this product.

I’m not sure if these are working yet. I don’t find that it upsets my stomach though. They’re easy to swallow and a decent size in my opinion. It has great ingredients that I would take without needing a detox.

I started doing body detoxification about two years ago and it really makes your body feel amazing. I don't really know how much better actual colonic detoxification is. But, these pills work great. If you take them as directed, you will not only loose weight but, feel like a new person. I make sure I use these at least every three months and I feel great. Hope you find my review helpful.
