Making pasticciottos with my Nonna was always my favorite thing to do. After she passed, her pasti tins went to someone else. My cousin and I were craving her recipe, so we decided to go with these ones and try it out. My Nonna would have LOVED these tins, just because of how easy it was to take them out of the tins after they baked. I remember we would always struggle trying to take them out of my Nonna's old tins, but with these ones the pastis literally slipped right out! These tins were a little smaller than the ones we were used to using, but it gave us an excuse to make more batches than we planned. I haven't tried making anything else in these, but if you're looking to make pasticciottos without the hassle of fighting them out of the tin, buy these!!

These little tart pans were very nice. Seem to be made well and clean up easy with the non stick coating. The bottom pops out for easy removal of your food. Perfect size for little custard tarts.

Works as expected

These are 3" diameter at the top, and will be considerably smaller than you expect. If you making mini tarts they are great!

I've been making so many different things in my mini tart shells. These are great for a variety of sweet and savory bite sized delicacy's. I've used pre-bought pie crust and puff pastry as well as a variety of dough recipes and all have slid right out with no trouble at all. I'd also recommend purchasing pie weights that i've also picked up on amazon to help hold down your dough as it bakes up in the oven if you are blind baking the shell first. You can also use cupcake papers filled with dried beans.

The tart pans were nice and easy to use, but they didn't meet my expectation. I thought the tart would come out a nice size, but instead came out like a little cookie. Couldn't use it in my cayrting business

These worked perfectly with gluten free flour --- that's remarkable. The surface is very easy clean even with the fluted edges. The bottoms make removing the tarts very simple and successful.The only thing I have taken precautions with is to store the tins in a separate container, to prevent losing the bottom pieces.

Wow! I'm so happy with this product. So easy to clean and push up bottom amazing. I've baked for years and found the scrubbing afterward most annoying, with these there hardly clean up time and they look brand new! Yay! So easy to get baking out nicely even when sticking to bottom a bit. Love this product!!
