Arrived with all parts and pieces. Only complaint is it is really hard to wind the entire thing up without the material getting off center and caught on the top or both. Otherwise made of good material and works for our needs.

I purchased this gate to use in my carport while my friend's son plays there. He is 3.5 y.o., and loves monster trucks and making them "jump" ramps. When he was doing this, his trucks would keep rolling out of the carport area and down my driveway. Although he knows not to go into the road, we all know what can happen when a child's mind is focused on catching their toys rolling away. This gate has been the perfect fix for this. When we are outside and he's playing in the carport area, we pull this gate across and secure it, and the trucks never leave the carport. He throws/runs the trucks pretty hard into the gate sometimes, but it is sturdy enough to stop them. I love this gate because it is retractable, which means it can open up or close off the space it is used for in just a matter of seconds. It can turn the carport into a kids play area, or be opened up to pull a vehicle into. Other products that I had considered would be more permanently placed and the only opening would be about the size of a standard doorway.

Needed something to try to keep the 4 grandkids away from my in-laws pool. This is NOT a replacement for adult supervision near the pool but it will at least help. Father in law wanted something that wasn’t a big eyesore and this worked perfectly. You will need PATIENCE when retracing. You have to retract it slowly and keep it straight to get it to wind all the way in because of how long it is. Be sure to keep tight and use lock mechanism to keep it straight and taught.

I believe the length I got was too long and didn’t retract as easy that I thought, half the time it got tangled around the bar and didn’t completely retract.

Bought this to use as a gate so our pup will stay in the garage on hot summer days. Works like a charm. Looks great….you can easily pop off the gate once it’s rolled up and just the hooks are left on the wall. Not really noticeable at all

This gate is perfect for what we needed it for. We have a huge opening on our deck and needed a barrier to keep kids from the pool. The install was a breeze, super solid feeling and almost disappears when it is rolled up. We have smaller ones inside and literally couldn’t be happier with them. Really great purchase and would recommend to anyone.

Functions well, length was perfect. The fabric is flexible for when you need to step over it. It keeps our dogs and baby in the garage. Easy to install. The bonus is that you can unclip the roll of fabric and bring it inside and just re-clip it back on to the hinges when you need to use it. We installed it on the outside of our garage because that’s where it fit best, if you have it on the inside, you can just roll it up.

This slows our toddler down, but even when locked she can easily slide underneath, and our 4 dogs jump over it. We live on a busy road so we will need to find a better solution. Wouldn’t say it’s worth the pricetag.
