I was worried I would have problems installing it since my old flap had a broken mounting bracket and was missing the middle screw. But this flap fit perfectly and was easy to install. Very happy with performance thus far, it's been in place for a couple months. Seals completely around the opening and closes firm. Great door flap!

This flap is not from Petsafe brand, yet fits very well, holds up well. We get a lot of traffic from our dogs and extreme temperature changes, the flap has not cracked, remains flexible and the bottom magnet used to keep door in place at the bottom edge has held up very nicely.

This was a perfect replacement for our worn out flaps. Easy to install and fits well. Good buy!

This fit my pet door perfectly and works good.I wish magnet was a little stronger but it does grab and hold. I have three pets that use this door and we get a lot of wind. It stays open now and then and let’s a draft in but 90 percent of the time it does close.I like thickness of it.Happy with product.

The original flap lasted about 5 years intact, then tore a little at one corner, but lasted another 5 years after that. The new flap fit as it should and the magnets line everything up perfectly. I live in Arizona which gets blistering hot. The old (torn) flap let hot air in, but the new one fits very tightly and doesn’t allow any air in. The only “problem” could be that the old one had the size, model #, and maker embossed on the flap. This one does not have that. So, if I need another one in 10 years, I won’t remember where to buy it. Oh well, I’m 82. Pretty sure the flap will outlast me.

This flap is definitely cheaper than the OEM and is 100% usable, but you get what you pay for. The holes do not line up as well, the door leaves a lot more gaps than the OEM and overall, the quality just isn't there in comparison. I will get the use out of it that I can, but will be purchasing a different product the next time I need a replacement.

Not an actually replacement, no new screws are sent, then the flap, when replaced with the previous screws, simply pops off when Fido comes through; the holes for hanging the flap are just slightly larger than the original flap, so the head of the screw just allows the flap to pop off.Extremely aggravating, especiallyWhen you tackle this just before company is coming and don't have time to rush to the hardware store and try to find the right size screw with the right size headIt looks like there is no return path on your site for this item...it has sat unopened for a couple of months until I got time and energy to tackle it. If it hasn't been opened or used, I would like the option of a return.

Replacing my cat/dog door flap was as simple as undoing 4 screws, placing the new door flap and refastening the screws. The material is not quite as thick as the original but it is very flexible and sturdy.There is even a magnetic strip on the bottom to keep the flap closed but it's still easy for my pets to open it.

We have two large dogs and the flap on the dog door was just not sealing anymore, after reading all the reviews we decided to give this one a try! So far so good! We did add washers to the holes as was suggested a few times and seems to be good and snug!

Brought a new flap as our original one had shrunk, and gone discoloured after years of use. No more wind blowing through the door, this fits perfectly and keeps the cold out.Very happy with it, and was so easy to change by myself.
