Awesome machine
I love the heat press. It is perfect for those narrow cups or the bottom of your 40 oz tumblers 🥰.Only down side is it smells when you heat up, but I’m hoping that goes away.

I was sent a broken press. This was my fifth try. The tumblers and mugs barely get warm. Like they’ll be in the press for more than long enough and I can safely pull them out with my bare hands.

The warmer plate will start smoking after 42 use
This product work for 42 days the plate start bubbling up start smoking didn't know the return policy was only for a short amount of time try to reach out no response yet I will highly recommend using another brand from another company and another vendor always stand by your product or make it right that's the best that I can describe my issue

Bad quality
I have ordered this item before (last year) upon getting my order last week it will not open all the way up. Very frustrating as I lost business over this not functioning properly.

Great product just stopped working in one month
I loved using it and it worked perfect for my business. Didn’t over use, made maybe 3 cups daily.It even worked on my larger sized cups!!! I was in love!!!! Then a few nights ago it stopped heating up. Stayed at 73 degrees after letting it sit a hour and making sure all connections were fully seated. I decided to order another heating element. Hope that works. Just sad haven’t had it more than a month and it’s already breaking down. I hate it because aside from the heating element, this is a awesome machine.

Had about 2 weeks and heating element wont go pass 91F
The machine did good for a few days then the heating element wouldnt heat up at all pass 91 very unsatisfied. Im still within my 30 days to return but dont have original box plus im not sure if just a bad heating element what can i do?
