Great backpack lots of pockets and padded laptop pocket Fab would buy again

Bought this bag used once and both main zips fell off the end of the zip. went away for one night with a book and a couple of T-shirts. As I bought it in advance of my trip I found my 30 day return policy had run out so not returnable. one star as really comfy straps but unfortunately it came home in a carrier bag as it was unusable.

Nice size, can fit a4 folders, has a few different compartments and space for cpl of pencils
