Assemble carefully, forget the basketball hoop
It pays to think carefully before assembly. And read the directions first. It took me the better part of an afternoon to put it together. Make sure the holes for the springs are on the upper surface of the top rail. (I did not notice this and had to re-assemble everything.) Also count carefully the spring holes in the rail and the matching loops on the jumping mat, to make sure they match. It helps to have a 10 mm ratchet wrench or socket. A tool is provided, but you will save assembly time and effort with a better tool. This trampoline is well designed and sturdy. For the price, I am very pleased with it. The basketball hoop is another story. This was not well thought out or designed. The instructions and picture on assembling the hoop are wrong, and confusing. And the design is poor. The backboard for the hoop is too small. This means my grandkids will frequently miss the hoop and toss the ball out of the trampoline. (They then have to unzip the enclosure net, descend the ladder, etc. to get the ball, and enter again. A lot of nonsense.) I will probably put the hoop somewhere else, perhaps on the side of my garage; but not on the trampoline. So forget the basketball hoop, but it is a nice trampoline.Update: The trampoline survived an afternoon with our grandchildren (age 7 and 12). They had a great time jumping all day. They saw the basketball hoop in our garage and insisted I put it up. I did so, and my wife and I were chasing basketballs in our back yard after that, tossing the ball into the trampoline. In the absence of any decent assembly instructions, it was a painstaking trial and error process. The hoop net had to be modified to get it to work--a good example of the slipshod engineering and design for the add basketball hoop. The manufacturer should sit down and come up with a better design. I took pictures of the hoop as installed. Take a look if you want to install the hoop.

Safety of children
Completely satisfied with the large, 16 foot diameter trampoline. Nice heavy construction. Excellent product support! After construction of the trampoline and before the first child entered the trampoline, I 'hooked' the unit with my 50HP farm tractor and mower. I pulled the trampoline for a bit before realizing my mistake. The trampoline did quite well but bent 3 of the outer support rings. Trampoline manufacturer replaced the 3 support rings at no cost.

After 3 shipment corrections finally got it assembled correctly
Was very excited to order this however the first shipment was sent with the wrong metal poles for the trampoline bottom. Customer service was very responsive and sent us a new complete trampoline. The second shipment one of the boxes got lost by UPS, no fault of the company. The third shipment we received and the safety pole caps had half of one style and half of another style. Luckily with the extra boxes of parts we were able to make it work otherwise we would’ve been waiting on more parts to finish the assembly. Now that it’s put together the kids love playing on it. The quality seems good and we like the heavy weight it will carry for the kids and their friends to all play together. The company’s customer service was great and responsive within 72hrs after my initial contact. They really need to work on their warehouse quality assurance/quality control, for box packing as well as shipping.

East set up. Seems great
Pretty easy to set up. Just make sure you match up the pipes or you’ll be spending a lot of heartache later doing that. Kids seem to really like it. I bought it for my nine and 10 year old to replace our smaller one.

Solid design and easy to assemble
I liked the amount of space the 16 ft trampoline gives for the kids, able to hold several people without bottoming out trampoline. Basketball hoop adds a lot of fun for kids.

EASY to assemble... (with one exception!)
My 13 year old son and I put the tramp together in 2 hours. But for some reason, we had a lot of difficulty with the basketball headboard. The backboard, plus the net took an additional hour. I'm not the most handy; but it was made more challenging because the instructions were not super clear on assembly of the backboard. He LOVES this trampoline! He's outside on it for hours at a time. Does not disappoint.

Seems solid.
Setup wasn't totally easy, but I didn't expect it to be. It wasn't super hard either, but make sure you have a helper. Once you get everything in a state to start pulling the springs, you're pretty much good to go.The only complaint I have, which isn't a deal breaker, is that I wish there was a net behind the basketball backboard to keep the ball from leaving the jumping area. The unit is solid, and the entire family can jump on it without fear of any issues. It's great for the kids. They pretty much live on it. It's great for summer fun and gives them something to do if they get bored.
