Good trampoline, good C.S.
1st off, this thing is super easy to assemble. You are not stringing to springs yourself. If u skip the handlebar (which is fun, but totally unnecessary) you can break down or assemble in like 3 mins, rt.Its very portable because of this.I got it for my son who is autistic and has adhd, so great way for him to funnel his energy. I wanted a trampoline I didn't have to walk around myself since we use it daily. I also jump on it, and the 43 in is totally fine.Onto the customer service part, I originally bought this model about a year ago. Zero problems and then one day a spring popped out (the fabric that was attaching the spring to the trampoline). So the actual spring was intact and it stayed hooked in on the other side. This is important bc if u have ever had a spring break on you on go shooting off randomly it's bad. Obviously. It's a piece of metal traveling at high velocity suddenly and unexpectedly.I was a little annoyed bc who wants to replace one of these every year? My son had a tendency to pick at things, so whether he helped the fabric unravel or it was just a chance defect who knowsI contacted the company at [email protected], summarized the issue and asked for a replacement or something. They responded very quickly within business days (Monday -fri) and offered to refund half the cost to have it repaired locally. Since there was ZERO way I was gonna find time and motivation to find a place that was qualified for that, wad honestly shocked I managed to email the company, I just asked if they could send me credit (since my card I used is noonger valid) sp I could purchase another one. My time was worth more than saving the money, ya know? I knew I could assemble it in under 5 mins, and I liked the product in general. We eventually agreed I would purchase another one and they would refund half the balance once I had received it in the mailWhich they did. It was easy, painless and fair. Now we're both back to jumping bc honestly, it's pretty fun even if ur grown lol.Tysm Jessica for humoring me in our like 8 email exchange🙏Will be linking to my sons dad to get for his house as well.P.s. I got a great deal on the 1st one, the 2nd one was more and they still refunded half the 2nd purchase, which I definitely appreciated.Also- there is a YouTube assembly video for those who prefer those. It is really easy once u know what bars go where etc. If u leave the bars off, you just unfold the 1st fold, get ur feet on one side and press the other side down to snap that b in place and the screw the legs on 🤷‍♀️

Such a fun way to exercise for seniors
I was SKEPTICAL about buying a trampoline for exercise but was reading about all of the benefits of rebounding and trampoline exercise for seniors online (I'm 62), plus all of my friends said that I was going to break my legs or injure myself! LOL, I went ahead and bought it rebelling against their warnings! I love this way of exercise. It does not hurt my joints to bounce on it (granted I don't bounce way up in the air as a child would but I get a good workout). I turn on my music and bounce away. I do not have to have any instructor showing me how to do anything, I just do my own thing. If I want an instructor UTube has all kinds of videos that I can use. I bought the 43" one so I have plenty of room to move and not fall off and there is a handle you can install if you need something to hold on to. It is sturdy and very well made. It does not sag at all in the bouncing area. The springs are made of heavy steel and hold the tarp area snug. I am so happy with my purchase and if you are thinking about rebounding for exercise this trampoline will certainly make you happy. Shipping was fast and the instructions for assembly were fairly easy to follow. It is not as portable as they show in the video description if you attach the handles, but if the handles are not on it you can fold it up and put it in the carrying case and take it with you. The portable thing is the only thing that bothers me about my purchase. I just keep it set up in my bedroom but would like it to be easier to take it out on my deck and exercise outside and then bring it back in without the hassle.

Nice gaudy trampoline that is NOT easily foldable and NOT easy to assemble
Trying to be fair. The assembled trampoline is nice. It is quite study/stable. The adjustable bar is a great feature. In general, we like it.Here are thee three annoying CONS:ASSEMBLY. Other reviewers were right. Assembly is a problem. The written directions are about 75% helpful. There are not many pieces, so it could be a simple/fast assembly. The problem with the directions is related to the handrail. The skirt has to be installed a certain way to make the handrail possible. The handrail supports need to be positioned in two specific locations. The bolts need to inserted in a certain direction so that they lock in place (not spin around during tightening). The upper handrail needs to be assembled in a certain order for the pieces to lock in place. Add 3-4 sentences (or images) to the directions to give us a chance. Also the thin wrench makes the first 4-6 turns of the bolts very annoying. We used a ratchet (or a thicker wrench) and it was much easier. Yes, Tomser has a video. Great. Now spend 15 minutes and update your directions so that customers don't have to search these reviews and watch/rewatch your video for what could be a relatively simple/fast assembly job.FOLDABILITY. If you use the handrail...you can NOT easily fold it. If you do not use the handrail at all, then it can fold reasonable well. Just say that from the get go. The handrail must be disassembled with a good wrench or ratchet set for 10-15 minutes before you can consider folding it.LOGO. The Tomser logo is big and off-center. Please consider making less giant and boldly-colored. Also line the logo up so that it is not at a 45-degree angle. It makes the trampoline look cheap. If you can't get the logo right, then it makes customers question where else did you cut corners.Tomser...fix the directions, honestly describe the foldability and square off the ugly logo. This could be a truly 5-star product. You are almost there.Note: We were not compensated for this unbiased review. No one should be.
