Shampoo smells like bubblegum, but...
The media could not be loaded. Not the conditioner, that smells pleasant but nothing like the shampoo, kind of makes me wonder why bother with the bubble gum smell if your going to cover it with conditioner that doesn't smell the same? How to use the product is in my video on the box. It's like normal though.Wet hair, shampoo in, repeat if desired, then rinse out. Use the conditioner and leave on for 5 minutes then rinse out It's that simple. (Don't use your nails, when shampooing or conditioning) Use fingertips.Problem is the shampoo contains sulphates, the conditioner though does not. It's not completely sulphate free as a set. So not really the ideal shampoo for keratin treatments or chemically straightened hair. What you want is both to be sulphate free not just 1.It's bold statment in making hair straight is a bit out there. It speaks of using hair dryer and then use straightener, even if you don't use this product set, your hair is still going to be straight if you use a straightener. Products if anything help you manage the hair better when straightening, I guess this is what it does, just help you manage and make it easier to straighten the hair. It doesn't help you maintain chemically treated hair or keratin treated hair as it contains sulphate in the shampoo.I liked it because of the bubble gum smell, but have used better shampoo and conditioners for the price 30 quid, that are designed for chemically straightened hair, or keratin treated hair, that make the hair treatments last longer as those that I have used at the salon were both sulphate free, salt free, and paraben free.

Love this
I love this shampoo and conditioner, it smells like almonds and it actually seems to work. After blow drying my hair I straighten my hair and also my extensions and it leaves them soooo soft and silky.

I like but...
So I wanted to make sure I didn't review this after one use, the first time I used I just liked it they both smell like bubblegum from my childhood, shampoo lathers nice & the conditioner is very soft it is hard to tell you have 100% washed it off, I didn't notice this helped on the first use with drying my hair I did NOT like not having product on to protect my hair, I still cannot get my head around this.So 5 uses on and I still like this but I have started to use heat protection I found my fringe was frazzled even though I use everything on the lowest heat to avoid this.I had a break from using for one shampoo I didn't have the time to for the process (you have to leave the conditioner on for 5 minutes each use) and I found this took me back to square one ANNOYING.So back to square one again and I will TRY just to use these for the future, they do help to straighten my hair I dye my hair often, it is thick, chin length with layers that I am growing out. I do not feel it is totally frizz free hair, I still get some, I refuse to use without heat protection my fringe is on the mend now and want to avoid it happening again, I do like how soft my hair is I like to run my hands over my hair and keep asking hubs to have a feel.Overall I honestly can tell a difference from the store brought shampoo sets that claim to do what this set claims and I personally have found this set more promising that any store brought product I have tried. From the start it showed promise, I look forward to when my hair is longer and the layers grown out so I can see a more one length sleek look on me, I have recommended this to others, I do like the ingredients in this and the bottles are brill I love a pump top to use while I am in the shower.I will buy this in the future to keep my hair in good smooth condition but I doubt I could ever give up my heat protection sorry.

Claims a lot…
The shampoo is, apparently, volumising, cleansing (don’t we expect all shampoos to do that??) and anti aging (whatever that means). Quite a lot of hype, and don’t forget the main quality, it’s a straightening shampoo. Strangely it smells completely different from the conditioner, I expected them to have complementary scents at the very least. I’m not entirely sure about this set, as I have blonde (highlighted) hair and having heeded the warning by the manufacturer, I was glad I had some purple toner on hand. I definitely got some yellow tones in my hair after the first use - the question now is when to use my toning shampoo….I followed all the instructions, leaving the conditioner on for 10 minutes as quoted, although the photos claim this only needs 5 minutes. The conditioner is the best part of this set as it smells lovely and left my hair so tangle free and silky. I blow dried it out then used straighteners - and this is the bit I’m doubtful about. The instructions state you should use the shampoo and conditioner set every other day, yet only use straighteners once a week. Well, after two weeks of this, I’d say I need my straighteners every single time otherwise I still have kinks and waves.I think this does work but I do have reservations - are my straighteners doing the heavy lifting here?? My hair is definitely easier to manage as it’s normally very flyaway (and product makes it weighted down too much then it gets oily) and frizzy. This helps a lot, particularly the conditioner but it’s quite a pain leaving that on for 5-10 minutes every time I have a shower. I can’t waste water leaving it running so I hop out, play with my phone while the conditioner does its thing then get back in the shower again. And it’s not the cheapest of options either. The plus side is that each bottle is pretty huge so you get plenty and can use it often. I’d have given it 5 stars if I’d been able to just blow dry it each time and if it didn’t yellow my hair, although I appreciate the warning given on that.

Fine, but hard to justify the price
I would not normally spend as much as £30 (at time of review) on shampoo and conditioner, but the claims for this product were tempting. I have fine hair that tends to frizz in damp weather conditions. I don't use hair straighteners because of the fineness of my hair but I use a flat brush when I blow-dry to achieve a smooth effect.Interesting that the manufacturers have produced these twin products of shampoo and conditioner in one single box yet not thought about harmonizing the fragrance! Both products are used in the normal way. I note that the conditioner contains (in order of quantity from the beginning): water, alcohol and beeswax! An interesting set of majority ingredients. I must say the conditioner leaves the hair feeling smooth though it does feel slightly heavier than my regular conditioner. The results after using both are good, but not especially distinctive.I honestly cannot see the justification for such a high price for these two products. Made in Lebanon, interestingly which might also explain spelling errors on the packaging such as "professinal". Does anyone proof-read copy any more?
