A really useful bit of kit in the kitchen. So easy to use and quick when your pulling stuff out of the oven and need a quick test this is ideal. Folds up for safety, easy to clean and doesn't take up too much room in the draw. Great addition to the kitchen utensils.

Seems to be good value. Easy to use, positive buttons and clear display. With regard to losing the Celsius setting when turned off and on (a 'feature' reported by some users), it will be retained if turned off and on with the button but not if the the probe is folded back to the closed position and reopened.

I primarily bought this to cook a spatchcock chicken because I’m never too sure when it’s ready without making it super dry so thought I’d give this thermometer a try and my (spatchcock) chicken has never been so tasty and juicy before. Really glad I purchased this and it’ll come in handy when cooking other types of meat that need a certain temperature to be cooked through.

Very easy to use. I bought it to make Swiss meringue buttercream which I'm about to make. But, I used it last night to make lemon curd which hadn't thickened but did when I measured the temperature with this. Excellent!

Easy to use and store.One niggle, it always reverts to Fahrenheit once switched off. Simple changed with a single button press but can be annoying.

I think it should state that this doesn’t come with him a battery for use.I did find the thermometer difficult to read at a consistent temperature.I used this to make marmalade and yet to use it on meat.

Not study enough for professionals but work just fine I bought 5 and only one is still operating but for home use they are fab my advice if you are a home user you don’t need to spend any more get this one if your a pro kitchen or like me a bakery then not quite up to the job a bit to slow and break too easily.
