Who needs the coffee shop?
During covid we started making coffee at home to socially distance and my husband was missing his starbucks so we ordered this one to try and make it at home.m The 3.5Bar pressure is sufficient for brewing a decent espresso and frothing milk for cappuccinos for the two of us.Pros:Affordable Price: This espresso machine offers great value for the price. It's an excellent option for those who want to enjoy homemade espresso without breaking the bank.Compact Design: The compact size of the machine makes it a great fit for smaller kitchens or limited counter space.Easy to Use: The straightforward controls and simple setup make it perfect for beginners who are new to making espresso at home.Decent Espresso: While it may not provide the same level of quality as high-end machines, the espresso produced is still quite good for the price point.Cons:Limited Pressure: The 3.5Bar pressure is adequate for basic espresso and cappuccino preparation, but don't expect it to deliver the same level of crema and flavor as machines with higher pressure.Plastic Build: The machine is mostly constructed from plastic, which might not be as durable as metal options on the market.Milk Frothing: While the frothing wand works, it takes some practice to achieve the desired milk texture for lattes and cappuccinos. We ended up just getting a little electric milk frother and didn't worry about it.Overall, the Yabano Espresso Machine offers decent performance for its price. It's a solid choice for those who are new to making espresso at home or for anyone on a budget. Just keep in mind its limitations in terms of pressure and build quality.

Great little machine for the price!
Given it's price point I wasn't expecting too much from this, but it's worked pretty well. It's not the best espresso ever, but it's serviceable and has saved me some money since now I can make the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso that I love so much from Starbucks right in my own home.Setup was pretty easy, though I have had a few issues turning the handle of the cup that holds the ground beans. It's pretty hard to turn and at first I thought I might break it, but I guess it's just a tight fit. Otherwise I've had no issues. Like other reviewers mentioned, I do wish that it would turn off by itself.I do feel that the grind of the beans is probably the most important thing if you want a good outcome. I bought the blonde espresso beans from Starbucks and they asked me how I wanted it ground and suggested an "espresso grind." Unfortunately that turned out to be a powdery consistency that is too fine for this machine. It works, but it's a little more bitter than I would like. So definitely go with the medium grind that the instructions suggest.All-in-all I'd say that if you're looking for an entry level machine this is a good start. It won't be just like the brew at a coffee shop, but it's not too bad for less than $50.

Overall good machine at a low price
This is my second Yabano Espresso Machine. The first one lasted about 3 years but then the frother stopped working. I read another review that stated the same thing. I liked it well enough to replace it with the same machine, particularly due to the low price. The prices on most espresso machines is outrageous ($150-$400) so I decided that the Yabano worked well enough for under $50, even if I need to replace it every few years. This machine is easy to use, produces a nice strong cup of espresso with perfectly frothy creamer. I use a the sugar free Sweet Italian Creamer and it froths nicely.

No complaints
I am the only user of my machine, so I can only speak to level of use as a single person. It makes decent shots of espresso, and looks great doing it. The bright pop of green makes the morning a little brighter as I smell the water flowing through the grounds. Soon I am off on a cloud of espresso-scented, and flavored bliss. The sole thing I could say about this unit that was borderline was that the part the grounds goes into was a super tight fit when it was brand new. It has since relaxed, and loosened up, so I don't need a cheater bar to start the day. Otherwise it functions as well as the other major brand it replaced. I am please with from both functional, and aesthetic standpoints. I feel it would make a great gift.

Great starter, but leaves espresso dirty
This is definitely an affordable machine, but your feet what you pay for. By its price, it works well enough, I would not consider it high end. On the positive side, it’s functional and easy to use, making it a good option for beginners who are just getting into making espresso at home. The machine has a straightforward design, and the learning curve is minimal. It brews a decent cup of espresso quickly, which is great when you need a caffeine fix in the morning. Pop your favorite coffee in, push it down with the included tool, pour waste in the top and go. I love the I built in milk steamer, but it is difficult to clean. Make sure to remove the plastic piece to clean it properly. The biggest drawback is that it lets grounds into the espresso. This issue is particularly annoying because you end up with sediment at the bottom of your cup. As a result, you can’t really drink the last part of your espresso without getting a mouthful of grounds. This is a significant downside, especially for those who are particular about having a clean cup of coffee. While it’s a decent starter machine, I wouldn’t recommend it for long-term use or for anyone who can’t stand grounds in their coffee. It's more of a temporary solution rather than a permanent fixture in your kitchen. Overall, I'd give it 3 stars. It’s functional and affordable, but the grounds issue is a major flaw that keeps it from being a truly reliable espresso machine.

Fair product for the price
My first time using any kind of coffee machine aside from a regular brewing coffee machine. With some trial and error I was able to make 2 lattes including frothed oat milk and they were quite flavourful and enjoyable. I used medium coarse grounds as recommended and did not overfill the water.A few notes:-the instructions weren't entirely detailed. Had to do a bit of trial and error to lock the espresso grounds in place.-the milk frother is a bit strange. It makes a loud screeching sound like an angry cat? Lol. But it did froth the milk fairly well-to release the steam pressure I'm still a bit unsure as the instructions do not detail properly. But I believe you turn the operating dial *slightly* towards the milk frother symbol but do not turn the dial entirely to the symbol as this will turn the frother on. I may be wrong on this.Overall, I like this machine and I would recommend to someone that wants to try making drinks as a beginner but is not ready to invest in a more expensive machine.

Terrible product, don’t waste your money.
It takes eternity for it to heat up just to froth milk, I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and still nothing. Garbage product, don’t buy it and waste your money and time.

Great little espresso machine
I was totally blown away by the quality of espresso and foam created by this very inexpensive machine. I grind beans in a separate grinder and press them into the portafilter. The coffee quality is excellent. I was surprised at the results from the frother. The foam is wonderful and I am slowly learning how to make latte art. For an entry level machine, I highly recommend it. Everything works so well, just try to avoid white as your colour.
