Excellent tubing, works great!
I've just started using this, but wanted to write a review because I just love it! Rainout is gone, I'd been having problems with that recently. I'm very impressed with the quality of this, and the ease of use. What a difference over the standard hose I've been using and replacing that comes standard with the Resmed Airsense 10. Plugs into the machine effortlessly and the machine instantly lets you know it's connected. The other end connected easily to my mask, much better than the old standard hose, the elbow fit easily and snugly into the tubing. The default settings are automatic for the tubing and the humidifier. After using my first night I left it on auto, as I found it very comfortable, and to my surprise it was not too warm for me. I like the thinner hose as well and found it very easy to sleep with. Excellent product, and I'd highly recommend it.

Rainout gone
The Climate Line Air Heated Tube works great with by AirSense 10 CPAP. I fits easily onto the CPAP. Once in place the CPAP display, like magic, gives you extra options to control the Climate Line; I just keep everything on automatic.I like to sleep in a cool room and want plenty of moisture from the CPAP humidifier. With my old non-heated tube, when I turned the humidifier to a high setting (6) and cooled the bedroom (67 F), I experienced rain-out (water in the tube). With the Climate Line, I have not experienced any rain-out and the humidity for my nose is fine; i could use a little more for perfect moisture. I notice the warm air on my nose, but the air is not hot; after a few nights I really started to like the warm air on my nose. I am so glad that I purchased this tube.I'm not sure about cleaning the tube since I don't want to put the electronic elements under water. I've just been running warm water and cleaner into the tube and not letting it soak. So far so good.

Works fine
Nothing noticeably wrong about it. It is working as designed. It seems a little stiff to me, but I'm not sure that there's anything actually incorrect with it. It certainly functions correctly. I don't use the heating element, so I cannot offer any critique of that function.

Resmed Heated CPAP hose
This is the same hose I have previously received from my supplier but at a significant savings. I found no defects or issues with it and it works as well as the last one. Very happy with it!

If you sleep in a cool, dry, place, this is worth every penny
My insurance doesn't cover this, though it is FSA eligible. In a cold room, the standard tube gets cold. You are breathing cold air, which will likely lose some of it's humidity. If you turn the humidity up, you are at risk for rainout, which will likely wake you up. This keeps the tube, and the air, warm, so that this doesn't happen. It also has a sensor at the end to ensure that the temp and humidity are what you need. The standard humidifier is just a number. A 4 may be about right in some cases, but sometimes you need more, and if it's too high you get rainout. The climateline hose eliminates this guesswork and maintains a level of humidity regardless of the conditions. I've never had rainout in this tube.

Why I like the Climate Hose
Having used Cpap devices extensively, I'm very VERY tired of having a dry mouth in the morning or middle of the night. I loathe having to wear these devices in the first place. So this "Climate Hose" believe it or not, actually reduces the dry mouth issue. One would think that adding heat to the equation would accelerate the problem but what it does is bump-up the humidity/moisture level thereby somewhat alleviating the "dry mouth syndrome"! Just my two cents but hope it helps.

Rainout Gurgling Halted
with the old Slimline hose for my Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP device, rainout developed when bedroom temp dropped (dewpoint) cooling the humidified air in the hose. problem was keeping humidified air from reservoir to mask stable and consistently humidified.well, CPAP chums, this hose is your solution. gurgling stopped & moisture in mask has stopped. last night I slept like a baby, the heavenly humidified air keeping my sinuses moist & clear, allowing me to breathe effortlessly, promoting quality sleep.my location is SF Bay area, 16 miles south of the city, where night temps can get as low as 34°F.caveat: all settings must be set to "auto" for maximum performance. if you play around with the settings there is no guarantee against rainout (water droplets). setup is a cinch, but ensure the old hose is free from all plastic elbows (mask end) because they will be needed at mask end with this new heated hose for reconnection.model number of this heated hose is 37296. UPC = 6 19498 37296 6. this unit works only for resmed's airsense/aircurve 10 ... cheers.

Excellent product
This seems to be "OEM" quality (or actually OEM...) tubing for the ResMed Airsense 10 -- fit like a charm and is durable, high quality construction.
