WARNING - Price is for only 1 pair!
I ordered this thinking it was a great deal. The picture clearly states 5 count in the upper right corner (provided it hasn't been changed as of you reading this). $13.99 for 5 Swiftkick pairs of socks is a great price. However when i received the package from Amazon it was only 1 pair. After checking with a customer service agent they assured me that it was indeed supposed to be 5 pairs of socks sent. So they sent a free replacement order. However when that arrived it was a single pair of socks again. I now had 2 pairs of socks for 13.99, when i expected 5. Upon contacting customer service for the second time, they said the issue would be investigated and for the time being they would refund me the cost of 4 pairs (the missing 4 from the original order). In other words.. a refund of 11.20.Amazon was extremely helpful and willing to fix the issue. I have to give them props for that. However clearly there is an issue in terms of how many are supposed to be sold for that price. The more i investigate the more i think the 13.99 is for one pair (same price as the Swiftkick site), and the customer service agent who said it was 5 probably just looked at the same description i did. So warning. If you are ordering this item..... It is most likely supposed to be 1 pair, and you will most certainly receive 1 pair for the 13.99 price. As for the item itself, they are very nice socks. Fit snug but not too tight, and seem to do the job they were intended to do as a sports or activity focused sock. Quite comfortable although a bit thinner then i originally thought they would be. I have concerns about their long term durability but overall I'm happy with the product.

Great Summer Running Socks
I run in Texas and it gets a little saucy in the summer. These socks fit the bill. Very light but very well ventilated. The only negative was that it was very slippery when new. However, after one washing, it was perfect. I air dry these. I do not think the material will maintain well if you put these in the dryer.

Can't say enough good things about Swiftwick socks - Love them!
I love Swiftwick socks, I've worn out several pairs running over the last few years (that said, it takes a LOT of miles to wear them out, as in hundreds...) and I haven't found anything that even comes close to being as comfortable, breathable, and durable. I highly recommend these to friends & family, and not just for running. I recommend them (and wear them) for everyday use as well. Yes, they're pricey, but like I said before - they last & last. I've probably misplaced or lost more to washer/dryer mystery consumption, than I've actually worn out & thrown out. To me, In the past, Swiftwicks have always seemed to run a bit small. I have several pairs of the ZERO style (no-show) and even the X-Large ZEROs are a little too small to suit me. This is entirely mitigated with ONEs, however. X-Large in the ONEs fit perfectly, and I prefer the quarter-high style anyway. It's difficult to find the ONEs in running stores, however (apparently I'm very much in the minority in my style preference - my kids are fond of pointing this out in other areas...). So I'm glad to find that Amazon carries them.

I love these socks
I love these socks. I kept going between the Aspire series and Swiftwick Performance One inch cuff, Black, Medium as which to go with. So I ended up going with both of them to find out. Both socks fit like gloves and as long as you follow the size chart and they should fit like that for you to. I have odd shaped feet and these are amazing. Between the two series though, I really prefer the Aspire series. The Performance socks are still a five star sock in my opinion; however, they are just a little to thick for my liking. The Aspire series are the perfect thickness and the material is just amazing, They are a bit pricey but for certain occasions nothing beats the feel of this sock.

Really nice pricey socks
These are expensive socks. I'm not prepared to say that they are worth it because 14 bucks for one pair gives you reason to expect a lot. If you planned to wear them every day you would have to spend over $100 to fill the sock drawer. Having said that, and I almost changed the rating to 4 stars because of the price, they are very comfortable and a pleasure to wear. Given the price, I expect them to last and wear for a long time. That is yet to be seen and if they do not last I will edit/add to this review. Hopefully they last so long that I will have forgotten that I wrote a review.

Seamless toe fantastic, good fit, good feel, breathes well, runs a size smaller
I've been searching for "seamless toe" socks. My attorney, a Kona Ironman, recommended Swiftwick and I must say these socks are fantastic. Feels real good skin too. Normally I would have to tuck the left sock under my toes as the seam would bite into my baby toe [many brands] but not so with the Aspire. Not only do I not have any discomfort riding 50+ miles, the compression aspect makes for skin tight but not overly fit. Be sure to check Swiftwick sizing chart as they do run a size small. I wear 6.5/7.0 [39.5/40 euro] shoes which calls for medium. Holds shape and color after many washes. Dries quickly which makes wicking superior to other socks. Still feels like new. Highly recommend.

OK Socks
It's a little bit pricey for what they are. The socks seem durable but can't say it's very comfortable compared to other socks I own. I get the feeling of sweat trapped inside the socks whenever I wear them.
