Cute, but very small. Awkward to wear as crossbody.
Cute bag, very stylish. Too small. It barely holds my phone, small wallet and lipstick. Also, it's very awkward to wear as a crossbody. It's bulky on the hip and handles do not lay nicely. I love it, but I carry it by the handles, which was not the intention when I bought it.

I bought this handbag from Coach outlet in another color and I love it. I was excited to see it available in dark sage. The bag was shipped in a plastic bag. It was crushed and creased. I tried a second time thinking it was a fluke. It was not. The second handbag had no stuffing and was again shipped in a bag, more damaged than the first. Too bad. It's a great bag in a beautiful color.

One of my favourites!
Purchased dark sage. The colour is different from the one that is advertised. The colour is a lot lighter in person but still looks great. It’s small but wide so I was able to fit my card holder, house keys, car keys and mobile phone and still have a bit of space left. 5 stars for the bag but 3 stars for packaging. The packaging for delivery was very poor. It was put in a plastic bag with no protection at all. No cushion. The bag on arrival became flat and lost its shape. I was surprised to see this packaging because I have ordered from Amazon before and the items usually come in a box or padded satchel.
