really grew on me
Years ago I had a Microsoft natural keyboard, which I really liked and which forced me to learn to properly touch type. I realized Alice layouts are basically that same design, though some are tented (like the MS keyboard) and some are not, like this Keychron. When I first received this keyboard, I didn't really like the steel plate that came with this model because I tend to bottom out when I type and the steel plate felt really hard. But I changed out my switches and that helped a lot with that feeling. I didn't think I'd want to use VIA to change keys or assign macros but now that I can, I find myself using that feature a lot. Also, like other people have said, this keyboard is heavy AF, which can be a plus or minus, but for me I like the weight because in my mind heavy=premium, although the keyboard in general feels really well built.

Great feel...
Surprisingly heavy but I ended up liking this. The red switches are great mid between quiet and clacky with great keyboard feel.

Dead on arrival
Dead on arrival and missing USB A adapter. Tried different cords and computer combinations but no LED or computer recognition of the keyboard.

Big, bulky and sturdy
The keyboard feels incredibly well built, but also, feels incredibly heavy... like extremely heavy, pretty sure you can do exercise just by lifting this chunky boy. Also, even thought it is 75%, due to the Alice form factor, it takes way more space than that. If you have limited space I'd reconsider buying this keyboard, go for the Q8 instead.

Amazing Keyboard, built like a tank.
Fantastic design and the best Alice layout of top quality on the market. Be aware of what you are getting with models...I was unaware this one was NOT the wireless version as I thought it was. Apparently that is also the "Q10" but they add the "pro" which means its bluetooth....even though it costs the same. Looking deeper it was my mistake, but Keychron has so many keyboards now, make sure you know which one you are getting. Regardless, this thing is heavy and solid. Connection to VIA to Map your keys and mACROS is instant and seamless.

excellent keyboard
Not too many alice layout mechanical keyboards for Mac out there. I was able to snap a used one off of Amazon. The only downside was that one of Mac keys was missing, but they responded to my inquiry, however, they have not received a replacement.Still waiting.

Incredible hardware, software could use some love
I've used ergo keyboards for almost 30 years now. Used Microsoft ergo (4000, Sculpt) mainly but have also been using a Kinesis Freestyle RGB for a couple of years now. From a straight hardware perspective, I prefer the Q10. It just has a fantastic typing feel. The software however isn't nearly as polished. One thing I liked about the Kinesis is that I could setup different lighting profiles. Have a solid backlit for when I'm working, a different lighting arrangement for WASD games, and a third for FPS.With the Q10, there isn't much lighting control unless you know how to code. Using the software you can set a single color backlit but that's about it.

A bit heavy
It’s a bit heavy, but I see it is a plus since it doesn’t move easily on the table.
