Goes along with the kindness episode & my little man loves having the book while watching it, reading it “by himself,” or having me read it for his bedtime story. Does a great job teaching actual kindness (versus just rehearsed manners) because Daniel takes other people’s emotions into account and shows empathy, wanting to do something to make them feel better.

We love Daniel Tiger so much! Great board book, although be aware that the story is an abridged version of the episode. For example, the book shows Daniel giving Miss Elaina the cymbals, but it doesn't show that she was upset because Astrid got dirty (which led to Daniel giving her the cymbals to cheer her up). Still, we have fun with this book!

I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday.

We love Daniel Tiger! My son loves looking at the pictures while in the car or out to eat!

My daughter loves this book and recognizes the story from the episode all called King for a Day.
