Brilliant product
The output of white light was all that one could want. This would facilitate much easier reading for those whose eyesight is not as sharp as it once was through natural ageing. There are similar table/desk lamps on the market but I have no regrets at getting this one. So impressed with the design and effect of the product that I've ordered another one!

Fantastic if your sight is not very good!
Fabulous value for money. I got one of these for my 85 year old mum a few weeks ago as she has got macula degeneration and struggles to see. She is an avid reader and this light has made a huge difference to her. It manoeuvres very well but to be fair it gives out such light she doesn’t need to move it. I ordered another one for her bedroom, which she is very happy with.

literally brilliant!
I do a lot of guitar tech work and this lamp uses the same daylight bulbs as my old 'i lamp' which has served a good 10 years or more.. the angles this lamp offers,..as well as superb build quality make it an upgrade .. it's pretty chunky and looks quality and pleasing to the eye.. a little heavier than the flimsy thing i had before .. sooo chuffed ! thank you!

Excellent lamp for crafting or reading.
It has a good white light, like daylight, not too harsh. I was struggling to knit by the energy saving bulb in our living room and had an ordinary table lamp to help but I was still straining my eyes and making many mistakes. The Oypla lamp provides a bright light that does not 'glare'. My knitting was much easier to see and I have been flying through a complex lace pattern with fluffy 2ply yarn with ease. It is also great for reading and doesn't shine off the books pages.
