My sister in law is 79 and she loved the larger buttons and the fact she can put it on monitor to hear better.

Missed the opportunity to send this back as we bought for an elderly relative and they did not get back to us to say it didn’t work. The handset part does not work and no sound comes from it, but the speaker part of the phone does. Contacted customer service and as yet have had no reply. I know it’s a cheap phone but it should at least do what it supposed to do.

MINE DIDNT HAVE A VOLUME CONTROL .IT WAS JUST ONE SETTING ....then i noticed there was no dialing tone ...

Just what was needed

Nothing to do with the product, but the package wasn't 'handed to the resident' - it was dropped! in my porch. As regards the phone, the instructions were written in that not-quite English which is typical of goods from the Far East, and which don't help with setting-up. Anyway, I've almost got there - it only came on Friday - and it seems to work OK. More experience may show it in a different/better light, but, as of now, we're up and running.

Good and multifunction

The text on the screen fades as you pick up the phone handset. Seems to be poor design.

Unable to understand installing instructions. Not quite clear for me.😟
