Excellent
Different sized plastic inserts go into the handle and then you just screw them on to the gear shift threads. The inserts do not have threads themselves so I t’s pretty difficult to get it screwed on, but it doesn’t move once it’s on. Looks really nice but the color will scratch off. All in all really nice for the money.
