Q: I was wondering is the Bodyblade Pro worth $160, does it last a long time without cracking?

Craig... I've had it since mid-2008. Still like new. Can't imagine what could break it. Use it all the time as a warmup for softball. And used for rehab, rotator cuff-both shoulders. Good workout. Good luck.

Q: what is the difference between standard and plus?

We offer three different size model Bodyblades. The largest is the Pro measuring 60 inches in length. Provides the most resistance. The Classic, at 48 inches is our middle size Bodyblade and very popular with women but also popular with men. The third model we sell is the Bodyblade CxT. The smallest and lightest Bodyblade at 40 inches in length and the lightest resistance. All Bodyblades are rapid contraction training tools and maintain the same system of training regardless of the size or resistance. Depending on hard you drive the Bodyblade, it will automatically adjust to your level of conditioning.

Q: Is there a magic secret to getting the right rhythm? I still don't have it down.

Answer There's no magic to getting the right rhythm with this product. Holding the blade, the faster you move your arms up and down (or back-and-forth), the body blade will "fight" to catch up, providing the desired exercise effect. Short & quick up-and-down or side-to-side movements are the key.
