Had a tv with a firestick that the cord was too short to plug in on a tall cabinet. Added this extension and worked perfectly. We'll made, great quality and value.

These are nice cords to have if you are trying to extend your USB port to make it easier to plug devices in. It also is nice to have if you are trying to plug in those bigger USB dongles and thumb drives that take up more than one USB port due to the sheer size. I have those wireless dongles that are a bit on the larger end and take up more than one USB port. I have to unplug other USB device to plug it in. With this, I am able to easily plug in the dongle without having to worry about removing stuff. I can also use this to extend cables for hard drives as well. For my case, I actually use this more for extending the USB port in the back of my TV. I hate having to try to plug in my thumb drive randomly to play videos. With this device, there is definitely less hassle. It also works for the laptop but you are probably just carrying extra length cables that take up space in your bag at that point. This cable is pretty well built. The metal is a bit easy to scratch but the nylon fiber makes it tough and harder to fray. The down side is that it is really hard to keep in position. I had to tape mine down to the table to make it straight and easy to plug into without having to hold the female side. Speaking of the USB A female end, you have to break in the female end of this cable. It actually took some force the first several times putting in the dongle/thumb drive before it was a bit easier to plug in. Using this cable does not reduce the transfer rate from what I can tell. It transfers at the same rate as if you were to plug it directly into the USB port. I ran my external hard drive to this cable and there were no disconnect issues either. Overall I think this is a good device to have if you are trying to plug in bigger device into usb ports without worrying about losing a port or needing to run an extension cable to plug in devices. It is well built but hard to keep it in one position. It is tough the first few times to plug into this extender. It does work with 2.5 external hard drive and does not require any additional power that I can tell which is nice.

Don’t know why Amazon wants me rate the camera quality of two USB cables but they asked, hence the title.Anywho, these arrived as described. They feel awfully similar to anker cables. I wouldn’t be surprised if these are functional qc rejects from the same factory making anker cables.I’m using these to lengthen my keyboard and mouse cables from my desktop and a couple USB hubs I have on hand we’re preventing startup. These cables did not inhibit startup and just work. They have a satisfying push to lock that has an audible click.Hopefully this company doesn’t pull a bait and switch and their inventory in amazon’s warehouses isn’t riddled with counterfeits. Assuming the above to be true and that these cables continue delivering satisfying performance I’ll recommend these cables. Do your due diligence and look at newer reviews than mine for signs of a reduction in quality, I’ll review if these have problems.

Most of the time products look much better in the photos than in real life. Thankfully, these cables looked and “felt” exactly like the pictures.The quality of the metal on each end, the cables and the velcro fastenings is absolutely top notch. The quality of these cables has far exceeded my expectations.I bought these cables because I got fed up reaching round to the back of my desktop PC to access the USB 3 port. My case only has a couple of USB 2 ports at the front of machine and these aren’t quick enough to transfer pictures and videos from my Nikon Z6 XQD card reader.I am very happy with these cables and would not only highly recommend them, but this has put the brand at the top of my list in future for any accessories that they make too.

I had bought these cables from Nimaso. In the past for other uses, and found them top notch quality and very attractive to look at.Boxed and packaged nicely!I needed a couple of USB extension cable, so that was my choice based on excellent reviews.Solid construction, will not let you down. Full charging current availabe without noticeable losses.The connectors at both ends are reinforced and protected well against bending and breakage.I tried the two cables together and still working fine.Very useful for extending an inaccessible A type USB port to somewhere where it can be easily accessed.Full marks on this review, thank you for a great product.They aren't too expensive either. Well worth the money paid! 👍

These cables are very durable, good quality and good value. The covering offers a good deal of protection and keeps the cables rigid but still flexible. Each connection is positive and the housings are robust and metal. Speeds are as quick as any other cable I have used. Using these cables has allowed me to tidy up my office space as well as making it far more practical. These are the second set of Nimaso cables I've bought and I'm very, very happy with them all.

These are not the cheapest but the quality makes the price worth it. Top, top quality cable that can be used for any purpose, charging, webcam extension, hard drive. Biult to last with first class fitting of USB leads. Some extension leads are slack to plug in to but these are nice and tight. I am very fussy with cables but I would recommend these to everyone.

I've been using these for a couple of months or more for both data and charging without issue. I can't say whether they make devices take longer to charge or not, as some have suggested. I haven't noticed that but mostly just plug something (Kindle, iPad, Android phone) in to charge and come back to it later. I just leave one of the cables plugged into the mains adapter so it's easy to plug different things without reaching behind furniture to do it.
