Can they be used on tattoos?

I would say so, I use them on my newborn, all over and he has eczema and they don’t aggravate it at all. If you put them in the fridge they can be quite refreshing and cooling too! Hope this helps

Would these be suitable for refreshing underarms & body generally in a tropical location when not near a shower?
