These are great I purchased to put in beads they work very well.

They arrived quickly and worked wonderfully for my project.

I purchased these Grommets in order to make rust-free tip-up hook keeper wraps out of velcro. The aluminum material is too soft to punch directly through the velcro strips so I used a hole punch to make the initial hole and they work just fine!

They work as intended. Not super durable, but they are pretty strong.

The grommets and wash work well together but there should be a tool kit included with the packaging.

But he'd misunderstood the way the sizes worked on Grommets,... (NOT THE SELLERS FAULT !)My husband wanted 1/2 inch grommets, but he'd mistakenly believed that the 1/2 inch was the outside measure.Not understanding it meant the inside number.I'll be placing an order in a few more days for 1/4 inch INSIDE holes.Not receiving what he wanted is no-ones fault,... but since he cant use this size (I had not seen his project yet to understand what he'd been wanting) Since it wasn't the seller's fault,.. I'm certainly not giving this 1 star,.. but since he can't use them for his present needs, I cannot give it 5,... we'll keep them and maybe find a use for them for another project.

I make lots of signs for my wife's elementary school and use grommets at the top to hang them. I usually use the brass coated grommets but decided upon this aluminum version for Hall, Health Room and Library passes that would be carried by students. The grommets are used to hang them on a hook in the classroom and aren't really needed for heavy duty requirements. Plus the aluminum grommets yield a product that weighs less. These worked fine without any issues and actually required less tapping to secure the supplied washer on the product backside. Overall, I'm very satisfied with them and have ordered another package. I just wish they were available in a quantity larger than 50 sets.

These work as intended, but just beware that they are not meant to withstand a lot of harsh pulling/tension. However, I found that by getting some stainless steel 3/8" washers from the hardware store, you can greatly increase their strength and durability. Just layer: grommet insert->SS washer->fabric layer(s)->SS washer->grommet washer. The result is strong enough that I can hang 100 lbs off of one of these at a perpendicular angle and it holds just fine.

Too big!!!

I bought a 300 pack of these and as you can see from the picture there are only 38 flat pieces. Not enough to put together.
