Q: Do you make coffee first then put into flask

this is optional. To try to keep the hot temperature in the flask a bit longer...pour a bit of boiling water into flask, swirl it around, pour out, than pour the rest of the boiling water in.

Q: Whats the inside made of steel or glass?

Steel. I have been really impressed by this product. So much so I now have one for hot and one for cold. Maintains temperature all day. Brilliant.

Q: Any warranty for this product?

Usual 1 year warranty but you can buy from official site to make sure of that. I have for a decent time and love it not bought to keep stuff hot just to make enough tea for the kids to drink and always dilute with cold water and it's still warm next day so can say even if broke it did the job well and worth the money already

Q: hi - we;ve had this product since June 2022. yesterday we noticed the water was not quite as warm. is the jug itself supposed to be warm to the touch?

I have had mine since Nov 2022. I use it most days. The outside of my jug is always cold. I find that I can brew tea bags from it for about 90 mins and instant coffee for 120 mins. After that it is not hot enough for my taste.
