Like: ease of installation, looks, app is easy to work with.Needs work: instructions,Don't like: the finger scanner is flimsy.It would be great if it had a lock for the handle and automatically locked/unlocked the handle WITH the deadbolt at the same time.That would be the ultimate lock ever!!! It can be done ;)It should also be noted that it doesn't work with Alexa. That might be a deal breaker for my future purchases.I will be purchasing more but will hold off until they decide to make the combination set or include Alexa into the app.Until then, 4 stars.Cheers!

This door lock not only looks great, it has all the security features to go with it. Installation was not difficult, but you do need to take time to set it up properly.In my case, I had to drill holes in the back plate where the screws go in. My front door has a metal plate over the wood door, so there was no way for me to use the screws to mount the dead bolt.I simply love the App, it makes setting additional codes and other features much easier to do.I was able to set this up all by myself, girl power!

The actual mechanism in the door lever is poorly made and is very hard to open. Had hoped it would get easier with use but has actually just became almost unusable. Very difficult to even open the door. Fingerprint reader would not read children's fingers but adults seem to be read fine. Unable to contact anyone to help with poor performance. Unable to uninstall and return as this would leave 3 gaping holes in my door in winter weather. Will have to replace at least handle part to make usable though. Would like a refund.

Ordered 3 and had to do a return to get another one because one of the handles would not turn the lock. The new one had a bad latch bolt and one of the originals also had a bad latch bolt. I had to take two from another set and use them and the locks then worked. I probably should send them all back but I am hoping they will hold up long term. Programming instructions are horrible, we finally got a code in them but still have been unable to program fingerprint reader or the wifi. I can't find anything online to help with programming of this set. Ive only had them installed for a day and I'll try again to program later (sometimes its better to walk away) lol. I probably should had rated lower but if they hold up long term the price was not bad. They also look very good on the doors.
