This has a very strong magnet!
I bought this to replace one I lost. The magnet on the end of this one is larger, and very strong. Quite nice!

Great to have if to hard to bend to pick up small metal things
Great thing to have if you drop small metal things. I keep mine in my sewing room in case I should drop straight pins. Great quality.

Magnet is good, but telescoping metal handle breaks easily
My brother-in-law played a mean practical joke on me and dumped 5000 ball bearings into my car. I’ve spent the last week trying to fish them out of every crack and crevice and bought these magnetic wands to help me do so. Both of them broke within the first day. The telescoping handle simply came apart. If you are using these for very light work, they will suffice, but otherwise you may want to find a more sturdy product.
