Great item, exactly what I needed. Fast delivery, very well packaged.

I have this set up at one end of a 3 foot vivarium, the temperature gradient is perfect, it’s controlled by a microclimate thermostat and doesn’t flicker at all. The only thing I have noticed is the temperature directly under the bulb is about 5-10 degrees above the optimal for the warmer end so I’ve invested in some artificial plants to try and intercept some of that in case my snake decides to travel through it. Definitely a bulb worth buying.

I've been buying these spot lamps for the past 10 years and have got on well with them. Very occasionally I get one which doesn't seem to last too long but as I always have a spare in stock I can swap it out quickly and order a replacement. The price is reasonable (if the bulb doesn't blow in a few months).I'd recommend this brand of spot lamp.

I use this as a heat source for a sulcata tortoise and she's warm as toast! It's a red glow at night which is very pleasant and during the winter she was really happy with this over head heat source.. She can wander away from the heat if she wants. It's the second purchase and will purchase again when necessary.

I have been having a lot of trouble finding a bayonet fitting red bulb for my lizards tank. Pet shops in my local area don't seem to stock them anymore. Amazon is a lifesaver !!

Came today smashed to smithereens although it's a very important fragile item , no indication on box 😡used prime as I'm very unwell and needed bulb urgent for my bearded dragon who can move or eat without warmth from his lamp .Rang customer services lovely guys but couldn't get me a replacement same day , I see this item more important than milk as it's harder to source and a animal can get sick without it and they can get milk to you within a hour , Not happy on this occasion

I've not used it yet but I bought this by mistake it should have been a heat lamp 240w bulb, which I bought as well. I'm thinking it will do for seeing what I'm doing when whelping it will be warm enough until I put the heat lamp on the puppies.

Hi my item was faulty - it worked for about 1 hour then completely stopped working. I’ve checked my fitting with another bulb and it’s fine, so it seems like the bulb you sold me was faulty and I would like a new one that actually works please.
