Stain Remover
I like the Spray N Wash Stain Remover Products. The Gel works great, but wish they would bring back the Stick because it is better when traveling. The Gel can leak.

Horrible horrible horrible
This is the new Spray n' Wash Pretreatment Stain Stick. I've been using the stain stick that was a solid. It's intended for treating stains ahead of laundry day, so I treat my clothes when I remove them & after being treated they sit in the laundry bag until wash day.On wash day I use a different stain treatment on top of the Spray n' Wash Gel, (OxiClean Max Force). In the past, my clothes didn't get clean with either treatment alone, but come out gleaming when I use both treatments together.I haven't tried the new Spray 'n Wash Pre-Treat Laundry Stain Remover Gel Stick by itself, but have continued to use it as I did before with the 2nd stain treatment applied on wash day, so I can't comment on how it works on its own. The two in combination get even old clothing, washed & dried multiple times completely clean. I used to use the edge of the dispenser on the solid stick to rub the Spray n' Wash into the stain. That's no longer necessary since this new stain stick has the built-in scrubber.***This is an update, Oct 2023, since I last wrote the above review. I hate this new Spray n Wash Gel Stick. I mostly hate the dispenser for the new formula. I still like the way the product works in combination with the OxiClean Max Force. I like the scrubbing nubbies on the top of the gel stick. That where the positive comments end.It is impossible to regulate the amount of gel that comes out of the top of the container. Occasionally, just the right amount comes out. Most of the time, a small squeeze produces no gel at all. Squeeze a bit harder & you've got a couple of tablespoons of gel on your spot. Spread it around, you say? Oh no, not possible. The gel soaks into the cloth so quickly, there's no way to spread it around. If there happens to be another stain very close to the first one, occasionally you can hold up the article of clothing up so the excess drains down to the next stain. Or if the second stain is far enough away from the first, sometimes you can quickly gather up the cloth with the excess & pour it onto the second stain, hoping that your aim is accurate. This is what I say to Resolve Reckitt Benckiser LLC, "NO WAY!" It's ridiculous going through all these conniptions & I'm not going to do it. I just want to treat my stains & put my clothes in the laundry. I don't want to go through the hassle described above or get goo all over myself & the counter. My suggestion to you? Bring back the original formula. Put it in a container like you had before, but put a lid on it with holes in the top & those lovely nubbies you have on the new iteration of Spray n Wash Gel. If you have to, make the formula a bit softer so it will easily squeeze through the holes or slots or whatever it takes to get the product out of the container in a controlled manner. It'll be perfect. Customers will be able to control the amount of product they put on their clothing & they'll have that fantastic nubbed head you've come up with to work the product into the stain. I guarantee you'll get all of your old customers back, as soon as you do this & tell everyone about it. And I'll even let you take credit for my idea. :-)In the meantime I am no longer going to use your product, at least until I hear you've used my ideas to make your Spray n Wash Stain Stick New & Improved once again. I've found a new love, a new substitute for the old Spray n Wash Stain Stick formulation right here on Amazon, that has fantastic reviews & is substantially cheaper. It isn't a name bran. It's found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CPQAI72/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I'm sorry to break up with you, but I've found a new love who's bigger, stronger, cheaper & as easy to use as your stain stick used to be. Ta ta, newfangled Spray n Wash Stain Stick Gel. I hope to see you soon, in solid form sporting a brand new cap with slots & lovely nubbies on top. And just to show you how serious I am, I'm going to go onto your website & post my review, so you will hopefully see & act on it.

Not as good as the stick
I don't like how it comes out. It's all or nothing. I prefer the stock, but I cannot find it anywhere. It works okay, but I'm always nervous it's going to lighten my clothes since it comes out in force. I can't control it.Bring back the stick!!

I hate this new product, would give 0 zero stars if that were an option
I have used the older Spray 'n Wash Stain Stick for years. It was a solid and you could pretreat ahead of time, and let it sit on the item. It was great for shirt collars that need extra help. Well I finally ran out of my stash, and purchased the replacement, which is basically a completely different product. Difficult to use a small amount as it comes out fast. I thought the nubs on top to scrub with might help, however the liquid product soaks in too quickly. I bought 3 bottles as a set, but honestly can't imagine a use for this. Please bring back the solid Spray n' Wash stain stick! I personally bought a lot of it. I will now be searching again for something similar to the old spray n' Wash stain stick, and would appreciate if anyone knows of something similar to it, as I will be switching brands.

Does not work
If I could give this zero stars I would. Their stain stick worked fantastic, but it was discontinued and replaced with this gel. The stain stick removed everything. This removes nothing!!! Very disappointed.

Hard to use and wasteful
I loved their old easy to use crayon-like pretreat/stain stick so of course they discontinued it. After trying this product for two laundry days I ordered another brand’s stain stick.

messy,wasteful
This product is cumbersome to use-when you squeeze the container too much gel comes out. You end up saturating a much larger area outside of the stain. It also can only be used immediately prior to laundering-not a replacement for the old stain stick which could be left on for 7 days before laundering. Big waste of money.
