Cole HaanMen's Grandpro Tennis Sneaker

I recently purchased Cole Haan Grandpro Blue Hand after having great experience with Grandpro grey suede. After a month of light wear (office use), colors on the front toes started to fade and you can visibly see white parts showing. I contacted the customer service to inquire either trading for new pair (if it's an one off situation) or returning for refund and the response I received was more than disappointing. The exact response was "Thank you for your purchase. I actually have the same shoes and has the same issue unfortunately this is how they are made and would not be able to return it."So essentially the company is telling me Trend Genie doesn't stand behind the quality of the products they are selling and worst of all it it a known issue by its own employees! Even though Trend Genie doesn't make the product, it has the responsibility to its customers on quality of product it sales and advertises or state known issue in its descriptions. This is an example of a disappointing incident that causes retailers to lose customers including myself.

Sole of the shoe is already peeling off after only wearing them ten times max. I’m not usually willing to waste my time leaving a bad review, but $150 sneakers shouldn’t fall apart so quickly.Maybe my pair was defective. Maybe the construction is flawed. Not sure, but wish I returned these within the return window.

Great material, leather is firm but soft, color is as pictured and the shoe is really great looking on. Very stylish and laces are appropriate as well.

This shoe had neither comfort nor quality. The construction was poor. The shoes have no support. I have paid under a $100 for shoes that were superior to these. I would never recommend these shoes. Over priced.

This is a fashionable shoes and looks good with slim ankle length cut pants. The color is dark blue and uniform throughout. I gave it a three star because it is not really comfy for prolonged walks, 3-4 hour strolling in amusement park or malls. The toe area is somewhat narrow and I don't even have a wide feet. Furthermore, the sole and thin insole cushion also contributes to discomfort in extended walks.

I purchased these shoes for my husband. These shoes are great and fashionable. The only problem with these shoes are that they are not as comfortable as expected. They need a significant amount of 'breaking in.' Once 'broken in', they are more comfortable.THINGS TO NOTE: I was a bit skeptical about purchasing shoes on Amazon. However, we spoke with someone at Cole Haan and they confirmed the shoes sold on amazon were the same/equivalent as those sold in store. The shoes on Amazon were significantly cheaper than those in store (even with a 40% discount), so purchasing the shoes here is a no brainer.

Very comfortable and light weight. Fit perfectly.

The color is odd. The fabric is different. The shoe feels cheap. It’s not a normal Cole Haan shoe. It feels like a paper sneaker almost. It’s simply bizarre. I would just suggest trying this on and seeing it in person before you purchase it. You might end up loving this shoe but I did not and had to return it.

Just arrived (19:45 on Sunday May 9th 2021) and on they went. I have to say that I am delighted. Yes, they're very light and Goodyear welted they ain't so, as some have complained, one can feel every worm hole through the soles. But the quality is there and they look really good. The sizing is spot on too (perhaps a half a notch down from your norm') so go buy a pair; you won't be disappointed. Oh, and by the way, although C&H are an American company they're owned by a British private equity house so not only will your feet be dressed rather stylishly, you'll have contributed to the wellbeing of millions of UK Olds as well!

These look great and are comfortable but they are extremely light in weight to the point that the sole is so thin that you can feel everything through the sole of your foot. I wouldn't like to walk on something sharp!! Sizing is probably okay although sizing for shoes these days , depending on maker, seems all over the place - I take anything from 6.5 to 8.5. I ordered 6.5 taking note of the reviews about sizing, however if I were to buy these again I would probably order size 7.

Super quality, stylish and very lightweight, which was exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is that the laces are thin, flimsy and too short, allowing very little room to tie.

Love these light comfortable shoes. Originally bought several pairs in different colours from Libertys £120 each 😱. These are a bargain!
