Fantastic
Made homemade burgers last night this was fantastic for pressing it down to make it flater gave it that chargrilled look , can't wait to use it on chicken and many other things

Great kitchen addition
I bought this for making smash burgers but I actually use it more when I'm cooking steak to keep it flat. If I had to say anything negative; it could be a bit heavier. But I still love it and don't plan on replacing it any time soon.

Flatter burgers
Bought this to flatten shop bought burgers as I often find them a little thick and they shrink too much.This creates more of a patty which these days we prefer.Also great if you are making your own .
