Collection of Short Star Trek Stories
If you're not self admittedly dull, you'll quickly realize this collection of Star Trek stories is a gem.As stated on the book's cover and product description, this is an anthology series featuring short Star Trek stories in comic form.If you're a Trekkie who likes all instances of Trek, you'll appreciate this book as it jumps around centuries of Starfleet and places you in the middle of stories including our favorite crews from the TV series'.Again, this is a collection of short stories from various timelines in the Star Trek universe, so if you're looking for a "Once upon a time" story which wraps up in "then end", this isn't it.

Very Enjoyable - a survey course in pre-Abram's ST.
Interesting stories (artwork varies). I especially liked the "Phase II" story.

Skip it
I thought this would be some well written stories,a few it much to short and left without any true ending like the story about J Archer. The last panel has him with a look of fear on his face but ends there I read many Star Trek comics but this one does not live up to many well written comics of the recent past

I....don't get it?
I'm unsure what to make of this. It's a mish-mosh of stories from the various Star Trek TV series. They are not connected....there's really no point except to say, "Wow-wee, we put together a $20 comic book with no purpose!"Maybe I'm too shallow or dull to see the connection contained therein, but, gee, for $20, I expected something coherent.

Decent but unconnected stories
STAR TREK: WAYPOINT is an anthology of stories about the various Star Trek series ranging from The Original Series (done in classic Marvel style) to Voyager to Deep Space Nine and so on.They're all generally very entertaining with my favorite being a home-made comic by Naomi Wildman on Voyager where she's a ninja working with Seven of Nine. I also had a great fondness for Kira Nerys talking about the importance of a Bajoran religious ritual. Captain Kirk having a mech fight with Klingons is another story that deserves to be mentioned.A couple are also surprisingly sad like a Redshirt ensign talking about how she died pointlessly and is remembered that way versus her life. Another is Uhura making first contact but getting beamed away before anything permanent. Some of the stories are better than others but I don't think there was any one I generally disliked.

Don't Bother Buying This. No One Bothered To Hire Writers For It.
IDW sometimes just makes Star Trek TPB's with random stories in them. None of them connect, and they're way too short. So short that I don't even know how we got to the conclusion. Did they leave out some panels? There's also a lack of introduction, so I'm not always sure what era we're in. There has been a noticeable lack of quality in IDW books. They seem to just license franchises, and do the bare minimum with them.

Absolutely fantastic!
What an amazing collection of stories! Some focus on beloved characters while some focus on people we've only seen for a brief moment. Some were from the distant past while some were form the far future. Some were touching, even heartbreaking while some were hilariously ridiculous. What they all had in common was creativity, imagination, and a love of Star Trek. You'll find stories on everything from Star Trek Enterprise to Deep Space Nine. The perfect collection for any Trek fan.

Very creative
A nice mix of styles, covering all the known Trek stories, and adding to them. Fun romps through old favorites.

Marvellous and Wonderful Anthology of Star Trek Stories!
This graphic novel featured great artwork in full colour and was fabulous to observe. The stories were of the four Star Trek series in the last 50 years. The stories were short yet punchy. It was a stupendous graphic novel and I would like to see more Sgtar Trek graphic novels on Kindle released in the future.

A Fiftieth Anniversary Celebration
The stories vary in quality but, taken as a whole, this collection is a great way to indulge in some 'Star Trek' short fiction.Particular highlights are the "Ensign Wild-Man" chapter, which is whimsical funny and has a great punchline, and the "Gold Key" segment, which perfectly captured that era.

There's Coffee in That Nebula...
It gets five stars for the Voyager story alone. I'm a Janeway fan and it was really cute to have it from Naomi's point of view.Very heavy on the all other series except Voyager but still an entertaining read.

What a waste of money. Almost seems like a collection of worst short short stories that were send in. You will regret buying it. I did...
