this is my second month with inositol and I really have a lot to say! I literally feel like it helped me a lot with my periods. in the first month of taking it, it helped me to live painlessly for 5 days without cramps. usually I can't even move because my belly hurts so much. i am just laying down and do nothing. but not with inositol!!! I'm on my second period with inositol now and everything is just as perfect. for the second month everything is going super well! I will continue with it for a long time to see better results, but from the first month it has helped me a lot. also, the nutraharmony brand is great, the shipping was extremely fast, and the price is so affordable!

Inositol was recommended to me by a gynecologist. The quality of the product and the ingredients amazed me. The result is fantastic. The skin has improved, I feel good, and I have energy. Very convenient capsule size, packaging, and taste because the capsules are not felt and are taken with folic acid (also recommended by a gynecologist). Ovary quality also improved, and the doctor's examination showed it. As now it's running out, I plan to order more!

I've only been taking this product for a little over a week, but I've seen great improvements in my sleep and skin. I suffer from insomnia due to PCOS and to be able to sleep 7 1/2 hours of restful sleep is amazing. My skin feels less oily and softer. I also feel like it controls my cravings, especially salty and sweet foods which is a plus. I'm very happy how this inositol is making me feel.

After getting my period every 2-3 months, I decided to try an intervention. I researched these pills and saw they had excellent reviews, and I didn’t want to be on birth control or anything else. I tried these for a month so far. When I began these pills, I was already on my period, but the following month while taking these pills, my period came again. Safe to say I think they’re working. I also noticed a change in my mood during my last period, and I wasn’t as emotional. I will order another bottle and keep taking them and update you in another month.

I'm 52 & have had pcos most of my life, I heard about inositol & thought I'd give it a try. It was starting to work, I could tell a difference in mood swings and not much cramping before my cycle. I had only used it for 1 month and went to reorder and amazon was out and didn't know if they would get it again so I had to get a different brand(simple organics) it was horrible, but that's in a different review. As far as nutraharmony goes it was well worth the money, if you can find it on another site.

I have been taking this product for about a month. I have had a partial hysterectomy and was struggling. The effects last, my mood, my energy, my body working as it should. Just a great product so far for my needs!
