Rubbish. Chaff your toe and move about unless taped to foot

A cure at last!

I use them when I play tennis and they last a month or so before the toe attachment breaks. But that is heavy use. Then I just put them in the trainer and they still do the job. I bought 3 pairs so far and would recommend them.

The pads are wearable but I was sent both for the left foot ! I should have returned them but found that I could manage with them and really needed them at the time. I would advise any other purchaser to check that they are labelled R and L respectively.
