RockshoxMaxle Ultimate MTB Pike/RS1/Lyrik B1/Yari Front Through Axle 15 x 100 mm

I bought this after my original axle seized in place in my xc32 forks, removing the old one took me quite a while and the new one fitted like a dream straight off. The adjustability of the angle of the lever is a really nice feature that is one of those things that you can see little merit to until you have the feature then would be lost without. This is a great product and definitely and upgrade to the original.

If your after a replacement maxle, as your original rockshox maxel has warn out yet again well this is what u need, much better design than the original rockshox maxle! This Uses the traditional quick release system!

Doesn't fit all rockshox as often advertised. Measure the inside gap of your forks and they will be either 100mm or 110mm make sure you get the correct size

Works perfectly on boardman pro 29er,seems a lot easier to use than the original that came with the bike..

This is so much better than the maxle that came with my forks.The thin metal on the old one finally died and meant it was hard to undo it.This is beautifully constructed and what the original one should of been.

Expensive but good bit of kit. I bent the release handle on original one so bad no choice but to buy this. Quality.

Bought it for my Stumpjumper. It is brilliant and easy to fit and safe.

Tabs are quite thin metal which wear away after time so you end up having to file in order to straighten. Not the best design in the world. Marginally better than the Maxle Ultimate which may as well be made of cheese (Cam lever snapped off within a week). I don't know why these are so complicated, never had any problems with previous QR skewers. Fox axles still use a more traditional lever so I went for these in the end.

Avevo già questo perno sull'altra mia bici Gt Sensor e l ho acquistato per la forcella rockshox Sid. Molto meglio di quello che avevo prima perno Rockshox che dava problemi in chiusura da regolare con la brucola,questo invece lo si fa a pressione grazie alla molla tra perno e gancio di chiusura.

Bought to replace the poor quality stock axle that came in the Rockshox sector that came with my 2014 Giant Trance 27.5 (3). This one indeed fits PERFECT and the mechanism is FAR superior to the one that came with the other fork / bike. If you undo your front axle a lot, you will definitely chew up the stock axle, and this is a perfect replacement for that. Built MUCH stronger on the locking mech so it should last as many times as I need to remove and replace.
