Q: Can you share the tape you used to attach these to the wall? An Amazon link would be best.

Im currently using 3M command adhesive strips Two large ones along the top edge. They stay up but a couple have fallen after being brushed by, so Im going to try more strips on each one.

Q: Can I use green glue? Is it going to be more effective?

Green glue is not an adhesive, but a layer of soundproofing. It "cures" but never fully dries, and is meant to go between two hard surfaces, not soft. So I don't think it will work.

Q: Is it better to use these on the inside or outside of bedroom door?

I don't think it would matter. You could do both sides.

Q: Why are these listed as 8 x 12" but the ones I received look like kid's samples? They only measure 5.5" x 8.75". They also smell quite awful

you got the wrong ones, return and get new ones
