The only reason we went for this pool was the fact, it was a complete pool set.! Complete set my ??? I would love too know where the ladder is? Raised this with them, but still no ladder or response back.Come on people pull yourself together, don’t advertise as a complete set, when it’s clearly not.!The pool itself was easy enough to put together and the kids can’t wait to get in..

We ordered this pool as it said, come with ladders in the selling description we received it and there was no ladders say I’m not very good really if it says it’s going to come then it should come with the item

Really pleased with pool.Note we did not receive a ladder as per the description. I telephoned Amazon and spoke to a lovely woman who gave me a 15% refund which meant I could buy a ladder separately. £285 for a 3m x 2m pool seems good value in May-June. We like the chemical dispenser being built in rather than one floating around. It took 6 hours to fill. We’ve had a brilliant time, especially the kids. We have solar panels and have treated ourselves to a heater to connect to the filter assembly, so we can take the chill off. It is worth considering where you’ll plug in the filter and if you have a way of keeping an extension lead dry as the water comes shooting out of the corner gaps. We’ve got upside down plastic boxes over the extension leads. Also put buckets next to all the corners to catch all the water flying out when the kids are jumping around, it’s amazing how much escapes.

Beautiful pool, except my son can't get in and out of it without me picking him up whilst I've got back problems. Where is the ladder did it get lost in the post? It wasn't cheap and the description says it has a ladder yet it don't have one, all other reviews say the same. I think all our ladders must have ran away with eachother.
