I noticed the 'Sushi' setting is not available with this model. Can this cooker make Sushi rice and if so what setting?

This model can cook cook sushi rice, however it does not come with a sushi button. In order to make sushi rice you can use glutinous rice mode and cook.Once cooked you will need to season the rice with some vinegar, sugar, and salt. Amazon says this is 11.4psi. Cuckoo site says 26psi. Does anyone know which is right? Thx.

They are both right
Americans know it as 11.4 psi "gauge pressure" which is the amount above sea level pressure (sea level is @ 14.7psi).  I believe the Koreans use "absolute pressure" meaning they add sea level pressure to the above SL pressure (14.7 + 11.4 = 26.1psi)
