It wears well underneath clothing, but it is machine washable. Make sure you air it out after every use or it will irritate your skin.

I ordered a large because large tshirts fit me almost perfectly and this thing fits pretty snug once you zip it up. i was going to post a before and after pic but i havent had it long enough to get crazy results. so far it is working well though. i would suggest going on a long walk with it first to get adjusted. you get a plenty good sweat with that alone. once you start working out with it on it gets a little more intense. great product so far. im happy.

Love the fabric. I had to changed cus L was too big for me. They sent me a size M and is perfect. I wear it everyday while I'm working.

I ordered a large based on the measurement charts. My shirt size is a large as well. Once I put it on, zipped it up it fit only semi snug. Not snug enough to slim my mid section out, only felt like I was wearing a regular shirt in one size too small. Belly still bulged out. Very loud rubbing against outer shirt. And extremely short, almost above my belly button

It was good fitting and looking ok until I put it to was and dry it. Yeah maybe my fault too. Shirt is broken apart.

when ordering system said 2x would fit me best based on past buying experience however could not zip it up as abdomen was 3x. Am on weight loss program so am hoping to be able to wear in next few weeks.

Very slimming. Has a weird scent.

It's not made for tall people. It keeps rising up making it very uncomfortable to wear. You can't tuck it in your pants. They need to make a Big and Tall version. The width is good but the length is terrible. If you're tall like me I wouldn't recommend it
