Topeak Joe Blow Sport III Floor Pump, Yellow

This pump has revolutionised my pre-ride preparations! It's very easy to connect and inflates quickly. It has a solid base which helps to keep it positioned when in use. The pressure guage has large, easy to read numbers and is very accurate. I use it for all my bikes - pedal and motorcycle, as the twin head design allows it to fit both Schrader and Presta valves. It seems sturdy and well built compared to others I've looked at.

The first thing you notice when you take hold of the pump is the build quality and sense of longevity. It should last a long time. I like the valve attachment nozle and lever which works very well and releases easily after pumping with minimal air loss compared to other pumps. I also have a Park Tool pump which is also a great pump, but I prefer using this one. The dial is big and very clear which I also prefer on this pump. I cannot say about how accurate it is, I'm sure it will be close enough for most needs. In addition unlike other track type pumps I have used, this one works well for car tyres too. Very happy I purchased.

It's a very easy pump to use – Topeak has been making track pumps for a long time and it's clearly got a handle (sorry) on what is required. The pumping action is smooth and the volume of air moved on each stroke more than adequate, the hose is a good length and rotates on the base so you don't get that awkward scenario of attaching the head to the valve and then watching the pump fall over cos you've twisted the hose back on itself.

I bought this for topping up my car tyres as well as my family's bikes. It's fine for these purposes except for very small bike wheels such as a small child's bike where it is hard to get the valve connector locked on properly.In fact I don't like the connector at all, clever though it is, which is why it loses a star. I am tempted to cut it off and fit a standard Schrader type, as I have no need for a Presta one.It is also an awkward shape to fit in my car's boot, due to the metal foot. It would be better if this were easily detachable.

Have one my myself, bought as a present for my son. Easy to use and puts plenty of pressure into tyre

I have been pumping tyres to great success with this pump for a few years now. Dial is pretty accurate and the pump action is easy and straight forward. The valve connector is easy and secure to use with no issues.

Not the cheapest but works well and should last

Works well, sturdy, good pressure gauge with the option (moveable yellow dial) to set your own ‘limit’, so that you don’t accidentally overpressure the tyres.
