Q: How big of a circle table top can this base support?

We have not test it actually,but one of our customer use it to support a 1.5 meter dia. round table,it is not a problem.

Q: How much weight will this support

It is no problem to support 440lbs.

Q: I bought a table 30" x 42" resin table the weight is about 40lb will i need 1 or 2 . thank you

It can work when you only buy 1,it will be more stable if you would like buy 2.You can buy 1 set first and to have a try,you can buy the second one in the coming days if you need.
