I'm a solo RED Komodo operator and having reliable V-Mount batteries is essential to executing my job on set. The Andycine battery charges via USB-C and has a useful screen showing the estimated remaining time to charge the battery, as well as remaining runtime when using it to power your accessories or camera. I found this meter to be accurate and it lasted a full 6 hour shoot with about half the battery remaining. The form factor fit the rig well and the connections for accessories were secure. I ran my Komodo, monitor and follow focus on the battery and experienced no issues in multiple environments, both indoor controlled settings and outdoor in the summer sun. The battery unit is small and light, making it easy to pack and transport. This battery comes with so many ports. I am planning on using this for Gimbal work since it's so light. I plan on attaching this battery to the gimbal (like RS3) or onto the ring, and using the ports to power the camera or the follow focus, etc. Definitely very compact, light, useful battery! It's built well too.

Used it for the first time on a set yesterday and after charging it to 99% before using, it clearly wasn't accurate. Died way faster than a normal 95Wh battery should. Seems like the reviews where people say the battery life indicator is wrong on this battery were right.Secondly, after charging it I had 46% battery remaining and on the way home I was testing to see if I could charge my phone with it. I had a Neewer version of one and the USB-C to USB-C charging worked on it --- shortly after I tried this battery and it wouldn't charge my phone at all. Disappointing.

Big v-mount batteries have their place, but they aren't travel friendly, take up a good amount of space, add weight to a kit, and require additional rigging for most camera kits. This is where the Andycine 95Wh comes in. When I'm running a camera and monitor, I now have a new option for long operation that doesn't require rails or a power distribution plate thanks to the USB/DC/D-tap outputs of this battery.Pros: Small factor, light weight, TSA travel approved capacityLCD readout was clear, even in bright light.Multiple outputs, and multi-voltage DC selection (7.4v,9v, 12v)1/4-20 thread for additional mounting optionsCons: no option for USB-C rechargingI tested all the outputs, and ran a 55w light at 100% for 1hr 20 minutes. Battery performed well, no overheating issues, no light flicker as it approached 0% charge. Recharging the battery via v-mount charger took about 3.2 hours.Overall, a solid value in "mini" v-mount batteries.

I don't write that many reviews but V mount battery purchasing in a minefield so here goes: I've read a few reviews from people who have received bad units or they require USB-C charging. I'm using a V mount charger to juice it up and so the lack of USB-C charging doesn't bother me. It's small and light and mine holds charge very well. All terminals work fine including the USBs. The build quality is excellent despite the relatively low price. The rubber cap that covers the USB terminals is a wee bit flimsy but so what. I would buy this unit again

Nella sua categoria (90W) è imbattibile. questa nuova versione ha ulteriori connettori e il display digitale per la durata residua. Maltrattata "caldo-freddo" intensamente per lavoro e si è sempre compartata perfettamente.Sicuramente non durerà una vita come le sorelle più blasonate (Blueshape, IDX) ma è interesante e bilancia bene anche camere più piccole come le mirorless.

Batería V-mount de calidad, con múltiples conexiones de entrada y salida. El usb-c su único fallo. Tampoco tiene una larga duración pero viendo su tamaño compensa por su gran portabilidad.

The media could not be loaded.  Just initial impressions the battery is small and light but fat comparing to the standard vmounts, it does offer what it says, dc and usb out is great and two dtaps that fit well not tight and not lose. It has 1/4” mount which makes it a great addition.The rubber cover of the usb ports is lose and doesn’t fit tightly it wouldn’t last long I feel.I’ll update in few months the durability and duration of this battery but for the price I think it’s a very good battery.
