This is an amazing unit! Was very easy to install and came with pretty much everything you need. Heat function is great! Also cools down the room very quick and effectively. Black color looks amazing! The app is pretty great too! Love this unit!

I should’ve gotten bigger

Do not buy split unit from Align Inc from Amazon have reached out with no help reached out to Della the name on unit no help. Wasted money on unit that didn’t work for a year purchased July 2023 installed August quit working does not cool no manual with unit no instruction about control pulled them off internet. Could not rate on this one 5 year warranty on it from factory and no help from no one so don’t buy . I had to rate it don’t need the one star but to put it out here I had to do one star

Very easy company to work with when buying and installing product

Works really well. We live in New England where the winters are brutal, and it does work. The only down fall we've noticed is that it definitely doesn't work past -5 F outside. It has a very hard time past that. It also will freeze on the inside and we have had to pull the front off and chip the ice out, but this can be solved with just drilling holes on bottom and letting all the water drain out. Works great for our tiny home!

This is the cheapest one of this size, but it has only a one year warranty. It will cost me an expensive service call to finish the installation with gauges and a pump. , I thought i was buying one with quick disconnect lines, not requiring specialized equipment and outside help. They cost more, but they also have a longer warranty. I am stuck with this unit and will try to make the best of the situation, since they do not cover return shipping.

This is my third mini split. This is an identical one to my first one. I’ve installed all three myself. The first one was a Della just like this one. It worked great from the beginning. The second one was a bigger one that had a broken coil from the factory. They replaced it and it’s great. It is a Aux USA brand. My third one is this one and it didn’t work out of the box. It gave an E5 error as soon as I turned it on. After checking everything I noticed that it only had three wires and four slots. The outside unit wouldn’t turn on. Turns out the fourth slot is a signal wire. I seen lots of reviews online saying their unit didn’t work right out the box and had to be replaced. All of them had the same error. The E5 error. My unit came with a really short wire that only had three wires in it. I used a 12 gauge wire and connected the fourth slot and it immediately started working. So if you get a E5 error code after installing check to see if you have the correct wires. I’m guessing that when they boxed mine up at the factory they put the wrong wire in it.
