I've purchased this product on amazon sale and it is phenomenal for the price range.The quality from Philips is of premium range. I initially had connectivity issues with the sound system but Philips customer care were really helpful in guiding with the TV settings to adjust accordingly for atmos support. The Connectivity is seemelss and sound is wonderful , giving you a near theater experience.Overall I would recommend this to everyone

Good one to have in small rooms, not suitable for big halls. Has preset equivalizer, Has individual channel control. Relies heavily on the subwoofer for lower frequencies (lower than 150Hz) even for deep voice. At least the Surround speakers should support lower frequencies for the surround effect. Surround speaker works but not to it's full potential due to this frequency limitation. I owned a 5.1 audio system before with 6" speakers that support full frequency range. This feels a downgrade a bit but I am ok with my purchase as the product supports major dolby formats. There is no mention of DTS support in product page so I doubt DTS is supported. Price could have been little lower.

This is the best soundbar cum home theatre one can buy right now. This is mind-blowing. I purchased it recently. The sound is phenomenal. This is better than any other expensive home theatre available right now from brands like jbl, sony or bose. The soundbar alone has 5 speakers, plus 2 rear speakers make it 7.1 . It has the highest level of clearity you will ever listen on any soundbar. The subwoofer also is amazing. I have not seen such floor shaking bass in any subwoofer. Believe me i have done lot of research and listened various soundbars like sony ht709rf . Lg sn8y, jbl 9.1 etc etc before purchasing this from amazon as this is unavailable on local stores.I could not get this level of sound from any other brand.

The soundbar came in with a defective Hdmi-arc port so I contacted Amazon the next day and despite being within the 7-day replacement window, they pushed me off to Philips. I contacted Philips and they too were shocked that Amazon asked us to contact them. Philips were kind enough to send in an engineer to check the unit and said they'd send in a replacement. Will wait for the replacement unit to arrival. Whoever is seeing this, DO NOT BUY IT FROM AMAZON! Their 7 day replacement/refund window is a sham and they should be penalized for false advertising. As for the Soundbar, except for the EARC port, the Soundbar is amazing. It's better than the JBL and Sony Soundbar in the same price range.

Ive recently purchased the Philips soundbar TAB8967 and im truly impressed with its performance. The dolby atmos surround sound feature and the 5.1.2 channels convert my living room into a cinematic wonderland. The 780w sound output along with the wireless subwoofer help in balancing the audio experience making it more immersive. Im very happy with my upgrade and recommend it to those who are looking for one as well !

Excellent sound quality and pairs like charm with the main soundbar. Bad experience with Amazon customer care but pleasantly surprised by the Philips customer care and prompt handling. Few things to highlight1. Good sound quality and clarity2. Base heavy3. Perfectly executes surround sound and Dolby Atmos4. Subwoofer is big5. Setting up of system is very easy6. Difficult to figure out connection with Wi-Fi

Honestly, didn't get to try it out since the remote control was missing out of the box. After returning, I tried to place a new order but apparently it was the last piece in stock. Will be waiting for re-stock to order again and try it out
