Don’t let the firmness throw you off. Tuck it so that it touches your shoulders, then gently lay your head back raising your chin toward the ceiling. Don’t force your head back just raise your chin. I have had this for over a year now and notice drastic improvement in my neck, which also loosened my shoulder muscles. A therapist recommended I get one, but did not give specifics on brand/style/etc. I picked this one because of the price and pressure points, and I have recommended it to some friends.

I was in a car wreck that injured my neck and upper back. I wanted something to relieve tension and stretch my neck. This hasn't exactly done the job but it is comfy and reminds me to relax.

A little harder than I’d hoped. I anticipated it would be the same density as my foam roller and it’s harder, so it leaves gaps and lacks contact with my neck. It’s fine. I just have to readjust my positioning multiple times. I wouldn’t buy again

My family really enjoys this neck tool. It truly gives you the stretch your neck needs especially if you slept wrong and wake up with neck pain or you’ve been working from your desk for a while. We use it for about 10 minutes and instantly feel a relief!
